I came to this location a few times during the past years. This store is very well-organized and clean also spacious. I got their strawberry snowflake which only cost $3.99 since these usually sale for $15. I love how they have good varieties of body scent since at the OC they ran out sometimes. Their store has occasion scents from fall, spring, and summer scents. The employees are very nice and friendly. I would come back here if I make a stop anywhere near elsinore. read more

Dulce was very kind, informative and was extremely patient with my family during a complicated transaction. Nancy went out of her way to not only acknowledge me, but to also check stock on an item and she regularly checked in with me to let me know that despite all the hard work she was doing around the store, she hadn't forgotten my inquiry. Walked in on Cyber Monday to the door greeter saying the whole store is 40% off! No...no the whole store wasn't 40% off. Found out the hard way, at the register, that, in fact, the door greeter lied, maybe not knowingly, but a fat fib came outta her mouth. Because some of the items I bought didn't get discounted. In the future, I highly recommend not announcing to your customers that "The whole store is discounted!!" when that is just not true. I wasted some time stuffing my bag. 3 star rating based solely on my visit today... I called ahead to see if there was a line, and there was none so off I went. Got there and definitely was no line. Usually I know I'm in for good sales at this location but this visit was anything but. I guess I missed the SAS because there wasn't a lot of stuff on sale like normal. Not as many fixtures in the store like before either. Glad to see they are practicing all necessary precautions for covid19. Wish I could say the same for some of the other customers...I was looking at some stuff on a shelf and there were 2 people and one lady all in my biz. Hello people, 6 feet!! I went to exchange a 3 wick candle with another 3 wick candle of the same exact price. I was told that's not their policy and was shown a small section in the store I could choose from which was all the fall scents. In the last 20 years I have never had a issue exchanging a item for a different scent with the same sticker price. WTH! read more

This store truly has exceptional workers especially Jordyn and one of the managers Nancy. These ladies went above and beyond to help me and my friends out. We were met initially by warm greetings and were offered assistance and guidance as this was my first time at the outlet. Jordyn checked off-site?/ back area to check for items we were looking for. Both Nancy and Jordyn offered to also take my number for items I was specifically looking for and called me when they received it. One perk that is very popular, is when you earn a reward to get a free "ONE" item "up to" $16.50 or $14.50...Then, they purposely ticket these items as $16.95 or $14.95 so that you cannot get that "ONE" single item. Instead, you're reduced to getting a FREE $6.00 item using a $16.50 reward. It's a SCAM! The people running this company are scamming their loyal, rewards members. I went to the store to get my usual product I been shopping there ever since 2016 this is 1 of my favorite store I love the stuff and every time I went I alway get a lot of stuff from body care to candle and person stuff from them , but today I feel the customer service cashier wasn't helpful at all unhappy and rude , I saw the line checkout was 2 line there ppl standing both side 2 person checking out infront of us too and 2 cashier but one cashier call out for us and other lady cashier was kinda attitude towards us becoz we're wasn't next in line ? I got confused by it I told her I thought it's was 2 line and she's replied with the tone of angry ! NO ITS ONLY 1line , she's clearly didn't look ppl standing 2 line ? I would like to share my experience with an associate by the name of Tatiana. On Monday 12/18/2019 after working out at the boot camp that is next to bath and body I saw that they had sale of buy 2 get 2 free. I went in grab 4 candles and proceeded to the check. When I saw my total the balance was higher than what I expected. I asked why the candles weren't ringing up the promotional price to the cashier by the name of "shy" apparently one of the candles "island reef" was not part of the promotion. even though there was a stacked of 10-15 candles in front of the sign I went ahead and left the line to grab another candle "tiki" and then went to proceed to check out and to my surprise this candle was not on sale even there were 8 of them stacked in front of the sign. The cashier shy was also confused as to why this was happening she later seek advise from Tatiana. Tatiana advised that "I"needed to go back and grab a promotional candle and I explained to her and shy that this confusing to a customer the sign states the promotion . you need to honor it I already waited in line twice she then said that's not how it works. I proceed to explain to Tatiana that the sign states buy 2 and get 2 free. i walked Tatiana to the back of the room and explained which ones I previous grab and showed her the sign were the candles were stacked. She then rudely said to me "i Already told you which ones you can pick from" like if I wasn't understanding. As soon as I turned my back she told another associate to remove all the candles from that section and put them somewhere else. Her behavior towards a customer in front of her associate and other customer was humiliating and disrespectful if she's doesn't like her job and doesn't like to deal with customer I would suggest that she finds something more appropriate I can understand an honest mistake by the associate accidentally placing a sign or product where it doesn't need to be but don't be disrespectful and to top off when you try to call 1800-395-1001 you wait 30 minutes on hold to be told that there in-store complaint office is closed they're (Eastern time zone) which it inconvenient for me to call them because I'm at work and I don't want to be on hold. MY LAST TIME HERE EVER! I have been coming to this location for years! Normally I'm greeted, told about all the sales, promotions, Etc. Not tonight! There were two young ladies working & there may have been 10 people in the whole store. every single person except me was offered a shopping bag to hold items as well as told about the promotions. I walked around the store twice passing Steph few times. She NEVER asked if I needef help or if I was finding everything ok. I get to the register and Danielle was dry and unwelcoming. She didn't say hello, how are you, NOTHING. As she scans my items she informs me that unless I have the BBW app or I paid cash she could not look up my information for my purchase to go towards my BBW points. I informed her I had the app. And had to ask for her to help me find the barcode. Dainelle and Steph lack of customer service has cost this location to lose a longtime faithful customer. I love love this place. I enjoy going during Christmas because of all the seasonal scents. It's was very busy when I came in today but the line was moving pretty fast. I took advantage of their 3 for $12 sale on the travel size lotions and body sprays. They are soooo cute and are perfect for stocking stuffers. The customer service was great they were very helpful when I asked them to find a certain scent for me. They even gift wrap your purchases for FREE just ask...unfortunately they could only wrap half of my purchase because they ran out of plastic wrap and ribbons.
