This is an outdoor mall, with not much open here. And because it's in Lake Elsinore, it's really hot out here. It's a good place to get your steps in. It's quiet. I like to walk from one end to the other. The majority of the shops have closed. There was a large bookstore, but it closed. There are lovely, colorful murals painted on the walls by various artists. The only store worth shopping at is the Bin store, where all the unwanted Amazon returns are for sale. Items are a different price depending on the day of the week. The majority of the shoppers are in this store. There is plenty of parking, surrounding the stores. read more

We saw this place from the freeway and it looked like an interesting place to stop! I was mostly interested in checking out the Spirit Halloween for a costume I need soon. When I got here, it looked like the rapture had happened! I felt like I could get a ticket for trespassing--it was an absolute ghost town of empty store fronts! The stores that were open were not always obvious to tell if they were open. I swung through the Gap, the Vans, and the Guess store, which had okay selections, but by the time I made it to the Spirit Halloween, their doors were locked, even though it was within the open hours listed on their doors. Oh well!! I definitely don't recommend this as a place to stop. read more

When driving out to Temecula or San Diego taking the 15 fwy this is a cool strip of outlet shops. It's an outdoor area with large walkways, lounge areas and little play area for kids to get the wiggles out. Quaint selection of stores. With every mall trip there's nothing like a soft pretzel from Wetzel's pretzel! Parking is available along the south side with larger areas on the far ends with EV & Tesla charging stations. read more

I'm very confused about this mall. It looks to be at about 20% filled. 80% of the stores are closed or going out of business. To improve the mall and attract people back, why don't they have shade structures and misters all over the mall. Maybe lower rent prices so big stores come back? And when you advertise an outlet mall, have the prices be outlet pricing. Honestly we find better deals at Cabazon mall than Lake Elsinore. There are only about 2 stores of interest here. O'Neil and maybe guess. Oh yeah. Sunglasses hut. It seems run down. Empty and ghetto. Not sure the plan here. Are they going to sell it. Knock it down and build houses or apartments instead? I happened to be in the area and didn't know this place was here But I found some things. I shop at the Nike Factory Store and the Hanes Brand store. The Nike factory store had the usual stock. My favorite was the Hanes store, I was able to get my grandmother a bunch of stuff. The Hanes store for the most part is a women's store. It's disappointing for the ownership/the city not to invest in the only outlet center in town. This center is always empty, and businesses are always closing (also dirty). It would be nice to have this revived again, and for Lake Elsinore residents to shop in town instead of always having to go to Corona, Murrieta, or Temecula. read more

11/2/19 Attended the Annual Shop For A Cause event/fundraiser; great day with some worthy causes and awesome deals during a mid-year shopping. It's a really nice event and I'm glad I heard about it through my son's school this year. They had live music and food catered for shoppers with the shop for cause tickets. Those tickets were also entries for grand prize raffles. In addition you could purchase additional raffle tickets for various prizes throughout the day (those prizes you need to be present to redeem) The few stores we frequent were all so friendly and helpful. Their staff are ALWAYS a wonderful. We have a positive shopping experience, but just wish more businesses would open here. You'll see a lot of vacancies. There were Levi's, Guess, Puma, Nike, Rue 21, Famous Footwear, O'Neill, Vans, etc. those are the typical teenage (girl/boy's) highlights for shopping in this outlet center. There were some great candle and foam soap deals at Bath and Body Works. Dining for us is always quick and on the go- so we visit Wetzel's or Dairy Queen. If you're not here during their fundraiser shopping event, then be sure to ask about military and AAA (auto club) discounts. Many of these businesses honored those memberships. read more

Seems like every store is closed or closing. I wish more businesses would fill this place up. The best store is GAP. I go here and just go to GAP, children's place and Carters clearance store. The turnover for stores or restaurants here is quick. Hopefully the community can bring more foot traffic to liven the place up. read more

Just like all the others said.. this isn't much of an outlet mall. I come here strictly for the BBW store. Occasionally, I'll pop into Puma because it's right next to it and sometimes they have good sales. Today I walked in to Puma with no intention of buying anything but walked out with 2 pairs; 1 for me and 1 for my son. I paid around $44 for both with their sales and military discount on top. Score! As for the rest of the stores, meh. You're better off going to one of the big ones. I don't come here often, just when I need to refill my hand soap/body cream stash. Today I went in for the 4.95 everything body care sale which is the first time they've ever done it. Line was long, but that was to be expected and they did a good job moving it along. I first visited this outlet in the 1990s and it was booming. Fast forward to almost 20 years later, this outlet can be seen a ghost town. I visited during a weekday between Christmas and New Year's and had a wonderful experience. The stores remaining provided great deals. I scored different items at fantastic prices from Nike, Gap, Corningware, an undergarment store, and a used bookstore. I still prefer real books. Although the Bath & Body Works isn't a true outlet, but rather a regular store, I still got great deals during their semi-annual sale. Parking was fantastic! I think there's only 1 restroom in the center and very few eateries. No problem, just exit up/down 15 freeway for other food options. I came here on a whim because I was heading to Temecula and been in the car a little too long. Great reason for a quick stretch/bathroom break! #15/2019 read more

This should be called the "Shoe Outlets" because 85% of the retailers here are footwear. It's ridiculous how many stores have gone out of business and how many storefronts are empty. It's just weird that even during a busy "back to school shopping" time of the year, this place was completely deserted and a ghost town. I also feel like the kid's play area comprised of 3-4 small things was ridiculous, not to mention that it's uncovered and waiting to burn some poor kids. Please get some shade for this area! I think that there were more patrons in the midget Dairy Queen than there were in the entire shopping plaza. The place just seemed old and the stores tiny, cramped, and rundown. Most stores need a complete overhaul and some major renovations! We will probably come back next time we need to go shoe shopping, but they need to fill this place up to bring the people and business back. On the plus side, there is ample parking since it's so empty! read more

I haven't been here in a few years so I decided to stop by and check it out . Parking was way easy.There were shops closed ,but the ones that were open (that I visited anyway ) had clean and organized shops . Employees were also friendly and helpful at Gap, Hot Topic, Bath and Body Works, DQ, Hanes ,and Wetzel's Pretzels. Yep was able to hit all those spots. I parked in the middle so I could walk both ends. There was a Covid testing spot in a lot too. FYI there's a gas station near by to fill up on the ride home. There's no food court here , but I did see a craft brewery with indoor and outdoor seating. I wish there was more pride in the appearance like maintaining the fountains etc. , but maybe that's because you need to go there and shop like I did .The restrooms were clean and maintained. read more

This outlet is not very popular, you never worry about parking because they have literally 100's of empty spaces... it is very small compared to all the other outlets. Not many stores to begin with and many more have closed. It only gets busy during the holidays (Christmas) but that's about it. I wouldn't go out of my way to come here. read more

I had high hopes for this place! Looking at it from the freeway I thought it looked big with a lot of stores. Once we got there though I had to double check bc i thought it might be closed. There is so little there and the "outlet" prices are a major disappointment. Same pricing you can find online or at the mall. Very few stores including Hot Topic, Vans, Levi's, Guess, Carters, Famous footwear, and a Dairy Queen. Also saw a couple of tai kwon do/martial arts locations and that's about it. We stopped by these outlets while driving home from San Diego last November on a Saturday afternoon. I must say, I was disappointed. I'm not much of a shopper, but I like shopping at outlets because I always find some good priced items. When we exited the parking lot that was chalk full of cars, I expected a hot bed of activity. It was not. In fact, the outdoor shopping center felt deserted. I have no idea where all those people in the cars were. Most of the stores were closed and it felt like a ghost town. On top of that, when I read over the directory to see what was there, the options were substandard. The best spots for me were Puma and Carter's. That's disappointing for an outlet mall. In addition, everything seemed outdated, like the mall was built in the 1980s. I think I only bought 1 item at a different store. I dont even recall what it was. Maybe a belt? I don't know. Either way, I'm not motivated to return. read more

This place is a dying outlet. We came last year and it was somewhat more alive than today. Parking is super easy to find, no worries there... there used to be a Nike store that is now no longer there, it was a pop up Halloween costume store when we came. This really just became a ghost town, just for restrooms if you've been driving a while. The restrooms are located by the Dairy Queen (DQ), which is the busiest place in the whole outlet. There's a bookstore right across from the DQ, and a bath & body works at the end of it. I think there's also a Puma and some other stores, but there were mostly empty retail units. Bath & Body Works is worth the trip! The staff are amazing, helpful, and knowledgeable. Yesterday Sylvia & Nancy were kind and patient. The sales & prices are terrific! The store looks every bit as nice as the mall stores. I have come here for years and plan to come for many more years. read more

The service at this store has forced me to write a review! They are providing top of the line customer service in this location. I went about 6 weeks ago, originally, to buy a pair of sandals. I left without buying a pair of shoes that I saw, and the decision haunted me the entire 70 mile drive home. I called and explained and I literally had my shipping confirmation email within 20 minutes of making my phone call to them. Ok, someone play the violins please! This place is dead and needs to be resurrected. Ooh, I would have been heated if I drove way from Long Beach to Lake Elsinore just to come to this so-called outlet. But luckily I was spending a few days in Temecula, so it wasn't a big deal. This was my first time coming to this outlet, so I don't know how it used to be in the past. From the looks of all of the vacant stores (and there were tons), it looks like it was thriving back in the day. On a more positive note, you don't have to worry about fighting to find parking. It's a HUGE parking lot with many vacant stalls to match the many vacant shops. Even if you're in the area, I still would think twice about stopping. If you're not in the area, don't even waste your gas. Don't let that Nike sign you see driving on the freeway fool you. The Nike Outlet is pretty much holding this outlet down. read more

I was so disappointed at this outlet mall. Came out here in August of 2018. It is definitely smaller than the ones I've ever been to. Most of the stores here aren't even open for business. There were some stores that were open but they didn't have much of a variety and sale. Although, the Corning Ware store had a great sale going on and I stocked up on lots of containers and kitchen items. I'd go back just for this store. Other than that, the place isn't up to par with the other premium outlets in California. I'd suggest going to the Cabazon outlet, if you're looking to "shop til you drop!" read more

It's always empty but I just come here because it's local and it's something to check out once in awhile. A lot of the shops are still closed down and only a handful open. But from the handful that are open, the workers are always happy to be there and they are amazing people. Anytime I come across the workers, they are always smiling and always happy to help. Besides that, the place is almost a ghost town. For now, does not seem to be a place that I recommend going thinking you will have plenty stores to choose from nor will necessarily have fun lol but it doesn't hurt to try it sometime. read more
