She told me the shop does not carry all colors for the lip bar. I told her I wanted to get the cushion in #21. The staff rang up my order and I wanted to grab the shopping bag after paying. She asked me to wait a min, opened a drawer and gave me lots of samples. She also invited me to sign up for this free membership thing to get discount? So this was simply fortuitous. When I walked in I was greeted warmly by the beautiful owner Carrie. After a moment of browsing she asked me if she could be of assistance. I initially declined but soon changed my mind. When I asked about a particular item she didn't just tell me where it was but walked me over to the item and showed me a selection of types and colors. And when I inquired about another item I had already selected she showed me a different option that was frequently purchased and was cheaper.
