When walking into the White Barn and Bath and Body Works store I was in shock. It was a mess. There was not enough customers within the store to not have an associate straightening and greeting guests. By the time I made it to the back of the store I finally found the associates. They were all in the back of the store talking and using profound Language. As a guest and previous manager for this company I was disgusted. No one said hello to me or any of the guests who trickled in because they were too worried about their conversations. One associate was even shilling for her own personal classroom scents while starting to put away product. The prices are average and surprised they don't have some of the everyday promotions that used to be available few years. But I understand things change. Though customer service should still be a priority.

She's intuitive and crafty, when I commissioned her to make candles for my birthday party last year she nailed it. Mind you, I only offered her "sparkly and blue/purple" as descriptors! The candles were periwinkle votives with gold sparkles and a feminine, relaxing scent. Above and beyond usual favors! I am excited for her brick and mortar vision manifesting, and went the opening weekend for a crystal reading. Shiva is so sweet and insightful - she knows her way around a tarot deck, let me tell you. I also appreciate her sincerity and honesty, she has a really refreshing take on all things mystical that even this jaded New Yorker can get behind. I only wish she was on the east coast! I've been able to delight ladies with flowers that were, in a word, stunning. The owner, Rita, carefully sprayed the plants and then put them in a special package designed to travel in a car. Virtually non-spill able. Yea!! The special flowers she made for me for Memorial Day were just gorgeous. My daughter absolutely loved them. The shop is beautiful and her professionalism is unmatched. My favorite florist that was in Farmington left, and I've been looking for an alternative to Meijer, Kroger, and Costco. All of those cited places have excellent flowers, but none can measure up to the great service and professionalism of Rita. I've definitely found my new florist. Well done!
