    The 75" tv

So I purchased a 75" on a great sale. Upon opening and plugging the tv up it was broken. I asked target customer service to compensate me they said they couldn't and only can offer a refund! This is so wrong on so many levels. I stay 45 mins away I had to pay someone to bring me to get it and now I have to pay someone to take me to return it! Just to not have a tv in the end. I asked can they swap me somethg similar or price match me and give me another brand for that size and price. Nothing worse experience ever!

I love this Target and I always have. Everyone is so polite and helpful. The store, as well as the bathrooms are organized and clean. They just added a Starbucks and a new Curvy section to the store. Love!!! It's even more amazing now.

    poop

Horrible experience . I went to the bathroom and it was very unclean especially under the circumstances of the Covid measures. There was pee and poop everywhere in every stall. It smelt horrible . I told an employee and I checked back later and it was still there.

Be kind to cash customers. It's crazy how hard it is to spend money. They make you wait in longer lines. It's gross

This is my favorite target. Always have everything that I need and just a great place as well to browse. Love the Starbucks in here as well.

YOOOOOO did you all know this was happening? A Crate and Barrel outlet in Metro Detroit? Because I…read moredidn't! I stumbled upon a news article about the opening just this afternoon and made a beeline for them almost immediately. I'm in the market for a new dresser and thought it would be good to get there sooner rather than later. The space is no frills, pretty open concept with everything stretched before you. It's a huge space tho, so there's a lot to browse. They opened just yesterday and we were informed that many of their outdoor pieces were snatched up but there was still A TON of stuff to consider. If you're looking for a new couch or living room furniture you have to get there now because that makes up the majority of their stock. I also spent some time with the dining tables as I'm looking for a new one for our house as well. It's an outlet so, as expected, what you're going to lose in slightly damaged pieces you'll make up in markdowns. They had a number of beautiful pieces that I had admired on their websites (this store covers Crate and Barrel, CB2, and Crate and Barrel Kids, FYI) with injuries ranging from small nicks to full on scratches and damaged corners (those pieces were priced accordingly, tho). There was a really nice dining table with a few leafs that I considered but after spending almost 15 years with a scratched up table I inherited from a cousin I think that's one item I'd like to be in pristine condition if I can help it. They also have a ton of office furniture, a bit of patio, beds/headboards, nightstands, sideboards/buffets, consoles, coffee tables, etc. They also had a lot of dressers. I considered a couple but the space I'm looking to fill is on the smaller side and there weren't any options this time around petite enough. But it was cool to see so many of the dressers I'd drooled over on their website pretty deeply marked down (an additional 50% on bedroom furniture) without any noticeable damage. The perimeters of the store are filled with shelves full of decor and other home items like bedding, hampers, and a ton of kitchenware like dish sets, serving ware, pots and pans and even a few small appliances like microwaves and even a KitchenAid mixer on sale. The thing about outlets, though, is if you go in looking for anything in particular you're probably NOT going to find it. But if you go in without expectations you'll surely walk out with a lot of treasures. Since I was in the former camp today I didn't leave with anything but I can't wait to regularly pop over there to scour their new arrivals (a staff person told us they plan to get 2-3 shipments a week) and hopefully bring home something special in the future!

To be upfront and honest I'm writing this review on behalf of my mother who had mixed feeling about…read moreher experience with Gardner-White. Her plan that day was to visit Gardner-White and then La-Z-Boy in Canton, Mi with hopes of buying a sofa and recliner. When she was approached by a sales rep she told the person her plans for the day. The Rep responded with "La-Z-Boy is closed for remodeling". Mom trusted this person's word and then spent the next 1 1/2 hrs picking out her sofa, recliner and another chair she decided to buy. My mother said the Sales Rep was very helpful and really took care of her every whim. However, the next day she called La-Z-Boy and was told that they were not closed. She told them what the Rep at Gardner-White said and the La-Z-Boy Associate responded with, "The people at Gardner-White are liars". When mom told me her story I called Gardner-White and nicely told them her story. I was grateful that the Salesperson was very nice and accommodating to her but that's a shady move to lie to an elderly lady for a commission.

Where should I start this company? Hands down, the worst company I have ever done business with…read more First off, we received the runaround when my wife and I tried to use our credit card for an insurance claim from a previous couch that we purchased. It took five trips to the Canton store before they figured out how to use our credits five times! Secondly, when they delivered our furniture, not all of the items that we purchased were delivered. When I asked where our white chair was, I was told it must be on backorder. It would have been nice if they had made us aware of it. When they tried to deliver our brown leather chair, they did not have the correct pieces. They told us that it would be delivered the following day. After they left, I went downstairs to sit on the brown leather couch when I noticed something. Can you make a guess at what I noticed? Two holes in the drywall, one by where they placed the couch, and the other was in the wall going up the steps. To add insult to injury, the gentleman who delivered our furniture did not say a word about the damage they caused . I'm not sure how they did not notice it's about the size of a fist. It was pretty obvious that Stevie Wonder himself would have seen it. I understand that accidents happen and people make mistakes, but the lack of integrity in not owning up to causing damage to someone's home shows a lack of a moral compass. To me, this suggests that the leadership prioritizes the almighty dollar over customer service. Last but certainly not least was this evening's delivery. When we found out that our brown leather chair could not be delivered that day, my wife received an alert on her phone stating that our chair would be delivered the next day between 4:30 pm and 9:00 pm. Do you wanna know what time the chair was delivered? It was not anywhere close to the timeframe given. Come on, just take a guess. Well, if you guess 1130pm, you are correct. Delivering to some at 1130 a night is a colossal mistake. Who in their right mind would think this is a good business practice? So once again, your incompetent employees and leadership failed, dropped the ball, or whatever you want to call it. This experience the past week, dealing with your business has been a nightmare. They still have not provided a timeframe for our white couch to be delivered. It's frightening to think what's going to happen when you attempt to deliver our last item. If I were a betting I would bet on that you will somehow mess that up as well. I guess what upset me the most is that your company charges Delta airline prices, but you gave us Spirit airline quality service. I look forward to hearing back from you. Thank you , Shane Calkins

Blackrock and Vanguard are the big investors. Specifically: La-Z-Boy struggles to sell pillows. I am down-sizing to my retirement condo. I am replacing most of my furniture. After this experience, I will not spend another thin dime at any La-Z-Boy store. We were trying to buy five (5) decorative pillows for $15 ea and a $20 footstool. - Thirty-two (32) minutes - Four (4) sales reps involved at various points The La-Z-Boy whiz bangs at the Head Shed have deployed a goofball tablet-based system to decelerate the sales process and crater the customer experience. Luckily, there is a word for this! "Enshittification" was Word of Year for 2024: the misapplication or decline of technology for the benefit of business/shareholders at the expense of the user/customer experience. La-Z-Boy cannot figure out how-to sell pillows and footstools. Nor could the app correctly total what should have been: (($15*5)+$20)*1.06 = $100.70 It took me less than 10 seconds to correctly total the amount. I offered cash. Exact change. Let me leave, puhleeze. Cash was refused because ... paperwork! Paperwork must be signed! Scanners and barcodes made their debut for retail on June 26, 1974 - nearly fifty-four (count'm 54) years ago. La-Z-Boy has barcodes, but no scanners. Everything must be manually entered, lookups fail, errors corrected ... lather, rinse, repeat, repeat, repeat ... for each item. Whoever the heck is responsible for this (cough) business process ... where did I leave my VooDoo doll? There is also a one page T&C document that I was expected to sign without reading. Two sales reps actually said, "Just sign it. You don't need to read it" and became frustrated when I insisted on reading it, and were unhappy that I took a pic of it. Buy furniture? Spend $10k+. Gawd knows how they might screw-up a warranty claim. Actually; after reading the warranty claim reviews ... I think I dodged a bullet.
