I have been waxed by the gals in the salon and they do an awesome job, but it is not the same experience as the Benefit brow bar. Order was placed on hold... because they're waiting on the return of the box they got 9 days ago. They said sorry over and over. Guaranteed they'd expedite my shipment. Said itd be a day or two before shipping.... Hung up. 10min later I get an email notifying me of a refund. So I call AGAIN... They said it was automatically refunded because no more stock available.
