"Well if your grandma ever has a need for the ice pad in the future, she'll have it." Was the response I received. Clearly it's only designed for their rental unit... come on people, a little common sense can go a long way to appeasing your customers. The receipts should say "all sales final" or something similar in order to easily avoid dissatisfaction. In this era, that response and mentality leaves a poor taste. Good thing for them, they're about the only option in Missoula. Hopefully they can address this easy fix in the future. It's hard enough for the elderly to focus on their health, then add unfair practices to the mix, there is $70 grandma will never get back.

They told him there wasn't one available but that they would call him if one did become available...The very NEXT day being today....he gets a voicemail at 9:30 a.m. that there is a chair to rent available. I called and talked to Rhonda and asked what are the procedures to renting a lift chair. She said she had one available. I said I know because my husband got a phone call saying it was available but I have been calling for a month? She said we just got it in last night. Ok so why couldn't you call me this a.m.? This place is ridiculous and unprofessional. The only reason they get away with this behavior is because they are the only supply place. I'm not happy. And I found a way better chair and cleaner and I bought it for the same price I would have for renting it from them. Keep your nasty chairs that you don't clean anyway.

In the decade I've been dealing with them they never, not once, have called me to alert me of the status of my loved one for whom they are caring. Things could be going direly wrong and you won't hear a peep. My loved one has unfortunately gone down hill under their care or lack thereof. They do the very minimal. They do not clean. They do not cook well. They literally stand there and watch you struggle to accomplish some task of caregiving with a dumbfounded look on their face. Inert. Not moving. Nothing. Not all the caregivers are bad, but on a scale of 0 to 10 I'd rate them about a 2, maybe a three on a good day. The pay is horrible, so it's no wonder they cannot secure adequate staff. Their high turnover speaks volumes. Is it so difficult to wipe grease off counters? To wash a moldy rag? To clean out the fridge? Scrub a toilet? How about make anything other than a fried egg or sandwich? Apparently not!
