I love, love, loved the posts and all the things that the owner posts so much so, I asked if she had curbside pickup. Not only did she say she could accommodate but she also kindly took pictures of any item I was interested in and gave great suggestions! I ended up buying 2 cute plants and pots which I'm in love with. I put them on my desk and they brighten my mood. The curbside pick up was really great too! Everything from payment to the pickup of the items was completely contactless. She even offers to deliver locally! I greatly appreciate the kindness and respect for contactless service, as well as the wonderful suggestions. 150% a fantastic place to shop.

Upon getting confirmation from the Pharmacy, I gave their contact info to my doctor. My Doctor said they faxed the prescription yesterday. I called the Pharmacy a few minutes ago to check if they received the fax and when could I get my medicine. Responder (I think her name was Mariah per my best memory) was extremely rude and mean. I expected more professional and respectful attitude towards a patient whose only purpose is to be able get a medicine. She said "why don't you try another pharmacy" by laughing. I know that Monsoon Flowers was the absolute best florist in the entire Tri-state area! Two weeks prior to my arrival, I spoke to Michael who completely understood the assignment! He was so helpful and professional. Michael even sent me photos during the process to insure my approval. On Valentine's Day, Monsoon offered to actually deliver the arrangement as opposed to the pre planned pick up. I swear, when she delivered the roses, I was blown away! NOT always the case when you order flowers at the last minute for a pop up private flight and need what you need in terms of florals. I went there to get my wedding invites and while I did pick some out there and wind up purchasing…read morethem I was not happy with the customer service. While we were seated at a table picking out invites, an obnoxious woman came in harried and loud and she needed emergency fast invites for her kids bd party and we were asked to get up and stand for the remainder of our visit and let her sit because she comes in all the time and is a repeat customer. Despite this, we still bought invites from them which I regret. We had quite a few with misspelled names, their fault. And I was told I would have to pay for re prints even though they messed up. They capitalized incorrect letters in some hyphenated last names and told me the way I had it was wrong. Also when I went to pick up the final products the lady at the register was cold and rude and I was so happy to pick up my invites and was just admiring them and she kept saying hello that's $250 balance. You have to pay now, you can't come back and pay it later. She was so grumpy and rude and I wasn't running out on the balance I was just taking a split second to admire the invites. If I could give half a star on customer service I would. The shop owner said it's a fake review. Well let me add in a pic of my invites then. I had actually gone there years ago to pick up our wedding invitations along with my wife. I think that being in the store counts as first hand... I even met Linda. When I met her 4 years ago, she seems a little distant and nonchalant, as if she had better things to do than deal with customers. Don't get me wrong, her design skills are pretty top notch, its her customer service skills that are her downfall. Some people have better customer service skills, while others are better at producing... My sister in law decided to use them for their wedding invitations, because we used them. She liked what she saw, but knew that the service wasn't that great. She was able to get what she needed done, in the time frame it needed to be done so she didn't mind. When she picked up her stuff, Linda was decently rude to her, so since my sister in law doesn't yelp, my wife did it for her. Low and behold, Linda calls my wife and here is the part of the review that yelp removed: Ha! Someone named Linda called my wife from this store, left a voicemail asking her to take off the review. A little creepy that a business goes through their records from 2 years ago to beg to have a complaint taken off. Maybe their high prices explain their snootiness?
