I had the worst experience at Engravably Yours in Spring Valley . I brought in a Chalice to be engraved for my mother who recently passed away . Although there was written instructions to engrave her name on the bottom which is customary , they decided to disregard the clearly written directions on the order form and engraved it on the top . They touted how they have been in business for 30 years , but in that time seemingly did not learn to follow directions, own their mistakes, apologize , or make good on the agreement . My number was clearly printed at the top of the order form , so I could have easily been contacted with any questions . I also received a call from Norman who was incredibly rude as he tried to convince me that he knew better. Again , this is incorrect and irrelevant as that is not what is written on the form . My son is being sworn in as a lawyer and I had purchased a MontBlanc pen as a gift. As an afterthought I wanted it to be engraved with his initials. I found Engravably Yours on line and though it was out of my way, I just wanted to get it done. I dropped it off and stated that I wasn't in a rush. I was given the option of different fonts, and just wanted it clean and professional looking. I was told it would be ready the next day, though I wasn't in a rush for it. I found Engravably Yours on the Internet. Even though they were an hour away, they were the most local distributor for Cross Pens. I needed one engraved immediately and shipped priority mail. So it had to be something in stock, no time to order. * I worked directly with Marilyn and Evelyn but even when the work was done on a Saturday, one of the staff let me know it was being shipped then. The pen is beautiful. Engraving perfect. It was exactly what I pictured based on their descriptions and website. Their pricing was similar to what I could get at Cross' own website, but Cross would take 2 or more weeks, there was no service - and its not supporting a locally owned business. Their selection was unbelievable and they had the patience to teach and show me all kinds of different pens.
