Bath & Body Works is an awesome place to not only get gifts for men and women, friends and family , it's an excellent place to get yourself something to pamper your body. They have an immense selection of fragrances for both men and women. Body wash, body lotion, sprays, candles, hand soap, and believe it or not, laundry detergent They also have a deal when you buy 3, you get 1 free. It's called Buy 3 get 1 free. LOL! You see what I just did, it's a marketing strategy. But you can't blame me for doing that, B&BW has it displayed all over the store. They persuade you into buying more items while convincing you that you are getting something free. They do offer excellent customer service, they get you in and out very quick, the help you find and pick what you need, and they stand there and tell you what the products are, they also coach you by saying that you can buy three and you can get one free. I'm here to tell you, that I bought into the buy 3 get one free. You can do the same, it's a really nice store. I went to the store for a specific item. Luckily the items were there for my grandson's teachers. They had a 40% discount which was good. The store was very clean & organized and as I was there the employees were still cleaning & making sure everything was in order. I like this location because they are always nice EXCEPT one time which we won't talk about now. read more

I love this Bath & Body Works! Everyone is always so welcoming and friendly, and they're always asking if you need any help, which I really appreciate. The staff is always so attentive without being overwhelming, and it makes the whole shopping experience even better.They're having their $5.95 select body care sale right now, so of course I had to come today and grab some lotions! I especially love their men's collection too they have so many good scents!Anything from their Aromatherapy collection is always worth the buy. I love how they're constantly mixing different scents and creating new combinations. They used to have a Vanilla & Patchouli scent that I absolutely loved, but sadly they discontinued it. The location is perfect with plenty of parking including handicap close to the store. I am so happy that this particular store location is still open because I love the fragrance of most of their men's body cream, body wash, body spray and the other things that they offer. So, I specifically went to this store the other day because I am almost out of the "Noir" body cream and body wash. What I like most from Noir are the notes of musk and vanilla which gives calm, comforting and relaxing scent, the fragrance is not too strong. When I went to the counter to pay up, Steven the cashier, was kind enough to inform me that the body wash is buy one take one. So Steven, thank you very very much. The store was very organized and clean. Service was top notch. For anyone in the area and those who loves pleasant fragrances, try this spot. read more

Service here wasn't helpful, I felt rushed and bought items that I wasn't happy with. Came back to return my items only to be forced to buy another item that I wasn't happy with. The lady who helped me the last time, said she was the assistant manager or something and she was really not accommodating me with my exchange. So, I will think twice before I buy anything from this location, save myself the headache. I also wish they made more natural products that doesn't nuke your sinuses with a cocktail of synthetic fragrances. Pew! read more

Today[12/13] i went in to make some christmas purchases. When it was turn to go to the register, i could not get my Bath & Body Works application to open. The indiviual at the cash register[said her name was Sarah] stated that she could not assist me in opening the application. Sarah ,alledgedly a manager, was rude and stated that she did not care if i was going to complain. On my way out, another Bath & Body Works associate[Madison], was able to assist me ;and ,low and behold ,i had two coupons that i could have used for this purchase. I waited on line again to return the items and then re-purchase using the two coupons. Sarah requires retraining in customer service; and, quite frankly, belongs stacking/organizing the shelves as she has a very bad attitude and should not be front and center working with customers. Accolades going out to Madison who went the exra yard and kept a customer wanting to return to this store. read more

This is my go to BBW. During this time of COVID hey are doing their best to keep the store clean. They have bags for you to use while shopping (I miss the baskets but I understand), the staff is always cleaning and sanitizing and when one customer is finished paying the cashier sanitizes the area before calling the next customer. There is always a healthy stock available as the staff are always restocking. The staff is very friendly and helpful, every time I've gone in there. The only problem I have is people are touching everything. There should be one display item and only if you want to purchase the item can you touch anything else. Go to another location. The staff here is beyond useless. 3 women gave 3 different answers to the same question. When asked if they could call over to another store to see if the other store had a product in stock that they didn't, she said, "you'd have to call the store and see if they have it. Um. Because if we call they'll be busy". I'm sorry what? Will they not be busy if I call? Suddenly the store stops being busy for customers but is far too busy for their own employees? This makes zero sense. What's even more confusing is that apparently a manager gave her this response. Customer service is king. This store is merely the jester. read more

Now I'm a borderline Queens/Nassau County gangster born and raised (and in the library was where I spent most of my days). So I know the plight of the L.I kid with nothing to do but shop and walk on the Turnpike or Bell Blvd at nights. Lake success is the closest strip mall establishment to me and my floral park crew so it was nice when Bath and Body works came into town. It's quaint like they all are but the space that they rented should have been a little larger to accommodate the bored masses who clog the parking lots every weekend. They are having their semi annual whatever crazy percentage off sale and the lines in there were way too long recently for me to stand on for the sake of a dollar lotion. They normally give a coupon everytime you purchase something which is good and the staff is that fake Long Island friendly that I love so much. Note: Avoid ordering from the website because they advertise online only sales that in actuality are not saving you more money than going into the school even before the addition of shipping and handling. If you do find a scent that you like which may be seasonal, always stock up when the price dips which it will eventually always do and perhaps buy some gift baskets for some last minute presents for those people you only remotely care about. read more

I came here 3 days before Christmas. It was a mad house. The line was close to the door and the cashiers were so slow. There were only 3 cashiers working while they were 4 cash registers. Are you kidding me? Instead of having 4 people on the floor just cleaning up or whatever they were doing. Put one on the register to move the line. Then they ask you for email and phone number. No one the line is taking so long?! Good inventory but horrible cashiers. read more

It's convenient for me. I went the other night for the 2 for $24 candle sale. The eucalyptus spearmint stress free aromatherapy candles weren't out on display, the sales girl told me that they're either sold out or in the back. She went in the back to a shelf that was visible and there were a bunch of those candles there. She brought two out for me. I went in today contemplating on buying two more candles and once again they weren't out on display. Very strange but at least I know where the stash is lol read more
