This place was great! They were one of vendor suggestions for our wedding at Jericho Terrace and the flowers exceeded our expectations when we saw them! We went with Frank and his team because they were the most economical choice. We went to two others but their quotes just got more and more expensive! We're so happy with our choice and they were so accommodating as well. Gave us a lot of surprises that day and was there to greet us on our wedding as well. We picked Casey's Florist in Floral Park Ny for our daughter's wedding which was 3/28/25. We were recommended to them from her venue Jericho Terrace in Mineola, New York so I called them right away and wanted to know what they could do. He was very knowledgeable and spent plenty of time with me over the phone Sending me different types of arrangements he would do or could do for us by by text message. So soon as we saw something that caught my daughter's eye. She immediately said to me we need to make an appointment which we did from going to the shop in person. I had a very good feeling. He was very warm and friendly and made us feel welcome. As soon as my daughter saw the centerpiece that he set up for us she said this is it. this is everything I've dreamed of. It's absolutely gorgeous. He had three tall candles around with petals on the table and that's what she wanted and we didn't even say anything before we got there so it's something that you know it's meant to be the flowers were beautiful he did exactly what he said he was going to do all of the bridal party bouquets look gorgeous and my daughter's bouquet was everything she ever wanted to gorgeous she looked gorgeous holding them as she came down the aisle. The centerpieces on the table were absolutely gorgeous. I ordered an arrangement to be sent to my Mom on Saturday and unfortunately, the flowers wilted by Monday. I contacted the florist and Casey responded promptly and politely. She stated that customer service is their priority and that she wanted to make it right. We accepted a refund for the arrangement and even though this order didn't turn out as expected, I am more than willing to give them another chance because I appreciated their prompt response to the issue and clear concern for doing the right thing. read more

I hate writing bad reviews but when something is not done properly, my words will be doing the talking! Paid in advance for two bouquets to be ready at 6:30 the day prior. The young lady looked annoyed and seemed to not care about my business. Came in the next to pick it up and it was not done ! She then tells me I can make it for you. She didn't seem to care that my time and my money was important. The arrangement was done in rush like she didn't have a care in the world to setup nicely. I have been to other florist and they take the time making the bouquet nice and thought out . Not her, the details were all over the place. I have NO idea how Jericho Terrace would offer this florist as one of their vendors. I do not recommend using them. The owner has poor communication skills; he does not respond to texts, forgets he's made appointments (or doesn't care), makes customers wait in the rain for 20 minutes while his daughter is literally right upstairs, and showed up an hour and 15 minutes to Jericho Terrace. Most of my daughter's pictures were without her bouquet. Find another florist, take my word for it. read more

My husband called from London, England & requested "something special" for our wedding anniversary ---since we haven't been able to be together since February 2020 due to the pandemic of course. THE ABSOLUTE WORST! Save yourself a trip and money and don't bother going to the business on Hillside and 179th Street. At this point I am so turned off, I wouldn't want to work anyone he is associated with. I don't know what I was thinking after him not responding last week. Customer Service is essential to a business and if you don't know how to deal with the public maybe you should hang your hat, I don't know if its hard times or the guy wanted to be a jerk. Customer service is key in any business and if my little Event isn't good enough for you to cater it you don't have to be an ass. You should of just said I don't have the capacity and saved me the trip. I rarely post to post and don't want anyone going through what I went through. WRONG IS WRONG! I use to frequent this place years ago after coming off the train, so I figured why not continue to support my local business right, WRONG! I spoke to him a week ago about doing a bridal bouquet arrangements for the 12 people in the bridal party and headtable centerpiece. We discussed what was online and I was very pleased with the website and asked him to make me what I saw. He said he was going to be busy on that Friday but stop by on Saturday. I did and he didn't show up or answer the phone the rest of the afternoon. So I figure fine things happen and decided to go yesterday. He showed his @$$ and I will NEVER go there again. I went there to pay for the bridal parties bouquet and place a deposit on the centerpieces. There are no real pictures for you to see their work other than the website. When you walk in he asks you to scan your phone on the QR code to make your decision. I used to go to the hole in the wall by the train station to buy a quick bunch, money tree and go about my way. I was a bit surprised by how inattentive he was when I reminded him about our conversation 3 times. He was preoccupied with a bouquet and could care less even though I was the ONLY customer in front of him at the time. That raised my eyebrow. We then began to discuss the wedding colors and I brought the sash, table runner and color scheme with me. I showed it to him and asked him if he could add a pop of color to the bouquet and he said why, it's the wedding bouquet. I said yes then reminded him you have 3 others on your website can't you substitute for another color on the bouquet like the one I am requesting to which he huffed are you the bride? I said no why does that matter, I know what she would like and these are her colors. At this point I took a deep breath, maybe its a language barrier and I reset the conversation. Do you have any colors that we can use to offset, he didn't move from the table and i had to tap to get his attention again and look at the flowers. Final Straw! Every idea I gave was shut down because he wanted to make a white and cream bouquet. I said we would like to give it a pop, so I called the MOH and he started yelling about if that's what you want then fine, I guess that's how you want it to look? REALLY! I am trying to work with you and what you have. No matter what suggestion I made he said well I will have to see if I can order it. OMG! Why was I about to spend my money at that point. I told him to give me back the receipt where I wrote my contact information and scratched my details off. Because OBVIOUSLY he doesn't need my money. I always take things with a grain of salt but I shop with my dollars and common sense. If this is the kind of energy he wants to give customers I can only imagine what would have happened it I did an order. BUYER BEWARE! read more

If Yelp allowed an unlimited amount of stars, Casey's Florist & Decorations would receive thousands from us! My husband and I wed on Jan 6, 2019 at the Coral House. I sat with Frank and went over my vision for the big day, what flowers etc. I have very high expectations BUT when we saw what Frank and the staff put together we were BLOWN AWAY!!!! EVERY guest came up to us and could not believe the flowers. They called our wedding a DREAM!!! One guest said she felt like she stepped into "the botanical garden". Honestly it was everything I had hoped for and more. The care, professionalism and attention to detail was amazing. It was all perfectly executed. Frank was extremely easy to work with and his prices were very fair. He was friendly, accommodating, and passionate about what he does. I showed him 1 or 2 photos of what I wanted and he created it beautifully! He was there early the day of the wedding to help set everything up, and he came back at the end of the night (almost midnight!) to gather the candle holders. Franklin did a great job with my floral arrangements. He was very accommodating and patient. He assured me that everything would be perfect it definitely was perfect. It was everything that I wanted. He worked with my budget. I wanted these silver candelabras with ivory roses, white hydrangeas, white lilies, and white snapdragons. My bridal bouquet only had white roses with pearls, and they were gorgeous. Franklin flowers are beautiful, fresh, and fully bloomed.
