BJ came over and degraded the young woman until it was obvious she wanted to cry. I tried to encourage her. He admonished me for encouraging her. He said how sorry he was for her inability to perform the task. Then, HE WAS UNABLE TO PERFORM THE SIMPLE TASK -- a return. I shopped to replace the item I returned. I listened to BJ. He speaks to his associates TERRIBLY AND MAKES CUSTOMERS FEEL AWKWARD AND UNCOMFORTABLE!!! I have been back to the store several times since this incident. This manager is OUT-OF-CONTROL! One of the times, a customer literally TOLD THIS MANAGER TO SHUT UP! because he was hounding her about an item to purchase. He then became completely rude and aggressive with not only that customer but others and even worse with his associates. That MetroShoe Warehouse keeps this buffoon is astonishing! I wasn't greeted when entering the store. Not one smile from anyone who worked there. Not one person (there were three working and only one had a customer as there were only two customers in the entire store and I was one of them) offered to help me or ask if I needed anything. One of the women actually was standing around in my way when I tried to look at a pair of shoes and finally moved out of the way and proceeded to start coughing violently near me. Really grossed me out. She actually then left the storefront to the back of the store to finish hacking away. The woman at the counter rang me up and never once asked if I found everything I needed, was a member, wanted to sign up for a store card...NOTHING. Hands down the most unpleasant experience I've ever had shopping in Oklahoma. I'm ashamed to have even spent a dime in this store due to their lack of professionalism and courtesy. All of these people need to be replaced for better sales staff. I think the woman who was dealing with the one other customer in the store was the manager. She was much older and clearly in her own world while the other two proceeded to make a less than desirable experience for someone like myself. Thankfully I found what I needed but I'm afraid the heels I purchased may have been a tad larger than needed and now I'm dreading going back to this location so I will probably make a point to return them elsewhere.
