I recently purchased a…read moresweater to wear on game day when the weather became colder than anticipated and wore it for four hours before realizing the seam on the sleeve had come apart from my wrist to elbow. Because I had no other clothes to change into I kept the sweater on throughout the game and by the end of the game the other sleeve had come apart in exactly the same spot AND the seam on the shoulder had come apart as well. When I brought the sweater in the next morning with a receipt showing I had purchased it the day before and showed the girl how it had fallen apart they told me nothing could be done since it had been worn. I offered to exchange for a different piece of clothing and was told that was not an option either. In my opinion this is no way to treat a customer and shows that they are not at all concerned with the quality of clothing they are selling in their store. I will not shop here again and will advise my friends not to as well.

Grabbed the Jordan 6 infrared salesman the weekend they dropped. Once I received the shoes, inspected them and noticed that there were some scuff marks on one of the shoes and what looked like some dirt on the heel of the shoe. This tells me the shoe was either used or taken out of the box and dropped or somehow scratched against something. I emailed Grinmore customer service telling them about the situation and if there's anything that can be done. Was honestly looking for an exchange since they still had my size available for a while. The only response I received was that the damage was a manufacturing issues and that the shoes were never taken out of the box. Have sent multiple emails with continuous asking if they can do something about the issue. Can't exchange them now that the size is sold out. It's just frustrating when you order a brand new pair of shoes that have just dropped and receiving a pair that has some damage. I get that I will wear the shoes at the end, but that's like someone taking a bite out of your burger or pizza you just ordered, you're still going to eat it right? So I guess I'm just trying to give my recent experience with the retail shop. Hopefully management will see this review and make changes to the way their representatives answer emails. Hoping NIKE will do something for me in this situation because I know I'm just another customer, so GRINMORE won't care if it loses me as a customer. Just be careful buying from smaller retail stores unless you go to the store front. That's why JD Sports, Footlocker, and similar retailers should be the first in line to make purchases since they have the return options through the app or website.

As we walked around the store the employees hovered, but never made eye contact to say hello. I saw so many things that I thought my clients would like so I just ignored the bad customer service until I noticed that they spoke to several other people in the store, but never said a word to me or my mom. Just like their pictures do not represent an inclusive environment we did not feel welcomed. I put back the clothes I planned to buy and asked my mom to do the same. With all that is going on in the economy no one in the retail arena should ever give bad customer service that will cost them to lose out of sales. Now I will not shop here for myself or for others. There are plenty of parking spots scattered around the outlet mall. I like to park behind Columbia store. I feel like no one ever parks there.
