Jumana was a great help! She found a perfect foundation to match my skin and she helped me find my staple products! Thanks Jumana!

I've been an online customer for a while now, so when my favorite perfume was discontinued I knew…read moreThe Misk Shoppe would be the place to look. I drove up to Dayton from Gloucester County and The Misk Shoppe worked with me to create a replica that enhanced my favorite notes. Such kind and knowledgeable service, had so much fun just chatting about fragrance for a while :) Thank you again!!

EDIT- I want to also add they removed my review from Google but not before sarcastically…read more"apologizing on the behalf" whoever took my package when I pointed out I never received an apology. They then bullied me on social media bombarding me with comments that they would immediately delete, leaving at least 20 comments within the hour. That was before their fake sock puppet account started saving my videos. They immediately declined my chargeback & tried shifting the blame on PayPal (customer service rep mentioned it was by the owner) & they completely can file a claim with USPS but refuse to. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH YOUR PRODUCT THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT RESOLVE ANY ISSUES. I pre-ordered an oil from their store that was unfortunately mis-delivered by USPS. The only way to contact them is through their phone which they will take as long as possible to acknowledge just to ignore you. The owner did not want to send any replacement unless I paid $20 extra because its "at a loss" to him. This however is also a loss to me as I paid $40 and received no product or even an apology because "they did their part there is nothing they can do." He then began to accuse of stealing from him since I did not want to pay additional for the replacement & raised his voice to yell about hypothetical $400 orders he wouldn't make money with these types of losses (which if it were a $400 order he lost I would hope he would be professional enough to place insurance on the packages.) DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU ARE OKAY WITH THE RISK OF PAYING FOR AN ITEM YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE.

In looking for somewhere to throw a small and low-key bachelorette party for my aunt, I stumbled…read moreacross this place. I thought the idea of a perfume-making party was so incredibly cool, and I was especially surprised and impressed that there was somewhere like this in Scranton! We got a good deal on a Groupon. Heads up- if you go this route, you'll want to make sure that you actually have the app installed on your phone and don't just print out the tickets. The space is so lovely and grand. The shop has shelves full of designer perfumes and homemade candles, as well as high-end gifts from boutique artisans. The perfume bar is set up at the front. When we arrived, our table was already set up with handouts and bottles of scented oils. Our guide did talk a little fast, but the concept itself is easy enough to understand. You build a blend of base notes, middle notes, and top notes. Each vial of scents is clearly marked with what kind of note it is and what scent family. You build your perfume by dipping a paper blotter into the vials, and then stacking the papers into a holder and wafting the scents. The staff was so helpful in making suggestions. It was so incredibly cool to mix and match scents and note how the perfume changes buy switching out elements. For the experience you get up to two hours to build your blend, but I think we were done in about an hour from start to finish, including when the staff finished blending the perfume behind the bar. While you wait for your perfume to get completed you can browse the shop- there's plenty to catch your eye! One of the coolest parts of this class is that the store will record your special blend in their system so if you want to reorder it in the future you can! I may eventually take advantage of that perk because I really love my blend and have been wearing it ever since! They offer shipping too so you can reorder even if you're far away. I'd definitely recommend this class if you find yourself in the area! It's such a neat and unique experience. You get to learn about perfume, have a fun experience, make a one-of-a-kind signature scent, plus you get to take a fancy perfume home with you! Definitely worth checking out. And, even if you don't have time for the full experience, this shop is so gorgeous that I highly recommend popping in and getting a gift or two!

My favorite and the only place to go for facials. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly…read more Reasonable prices on all treatments. I love the fact they have many non invasive facial treatments.

I recently visited One Beauty Salon and had a highly disappointing experience. First and foremost,…read morethe salon's hygiene standards were severely lacking. I requested a pillow for my back and as you can see in the pictures. I got a stained, disgusting pillow that I had to use for the entire treatment. On top of that, cotton swab I used kept leaving fibers behind on my face, in my mouth; it's just all so gross! The salon was not transparent about their pricing. I got a gift card for Mother's Day, and instead of regular facial, I wanted to go with Hydrafacial instead. The website quoted $175 online, but when I was done, I was told that the prices have increased, and they charged me $200 instead of honoring the price they had online. Mind you not, I still tipped 20% on the service. Finally, they did not have a relaxing experience. The room is right behind their store (Shiseido). The tech kept the figure white light on the entire team, used her iPad to play calming music, and I felt like I was in a football stadium the whole time. She didn't even cover my eyes, and had the light beaming on my face the entire time. The treatment was painful, and that's something that wasn't conveyed before either. Overall I loved Olivia because of the massage she gave me in the end. But overall; the salon did not follow through with what they promised on their website. The treatments and services advertised were vastly different in quality from what was delivered. I would not recommend this salon to anyone looking for a reliable and hygienic facial experience. RIDICULOUSLY OVERPRICED & EXTREMELY GHETTO!!
