Thats not necessarily unique to this store - it seems to be a new direction Sephora is taking - smaller (likely cheeper) jam packed stores. But the experience of constantly being bumped into, and walked on is very unique to this location. I also want to mention I did a return a few weeks ago and decided to take store credit. I asked specifically if I needed to buy a gift card with he store credit there or if that merch card wld work online? I was assured twice that ti was basically the same as a gift card and it would in fact work online. I have a product I order repeatedly and it is often sold out. It restocked today and I went to go stock up on it and guess what?...it in fact does not work online...in store only. Cool. Thanks so much for the "assistance" I wish I had the employees name.

Along with their watermelon soap I did pick up a sea salt bath bomb it's the square one, and then I grabbed a little chickie lemon citrus bath bomb. Not only do they still have their minions collection available they also have a new Shaun the sheep collection which I think is absolutely adorable. If you don't know Shaun the sheep I believe it's an Australian children's TV show but don't quote me on that I'm not sure! The LUSH is specifically located in the mall of millennia below the food court on the first floor next to the Starbucks! 10/10

Today we visited Lush in Orlando at the Mall at Millenia, located at 4200 Conroy Rd. The team members greeted us as we walked in. Tori showed me the Valentine's Day and Lunar New Year collections. (I already have a shopping list for when I get home!) I was shocked by how small the shop was for such a large mall! The space was maximized very well, organized and well stocked. It was nice to chat with the team who also checks out other Lush shops while on vacation! So glad we stopped in.

The Mall of Millenia falls comfortably in that category. While it is a mall that offers more higher-end shopping experiences, it still has a handful of affordable fashion retailers as well as numerous restaurants and eateries that can cater to just about anyone. Parking is ample - even on BUSY, sale days or holidays. They are home to local favorites like the Apple Store - which is always BUSY no matter the day or time. They are home to the Cheesecake Factory, The Capitol Grille, Earl's Kitchen, P.F. Changs, among other restaurants and eateries. They have, at a minimum, three Starbucks for the Starbucks fanatics. They have numerous notable department stores like Macy's and Bloomingdale's (both at opposing ends). And of course, they house Gucci, Marc Jacobs, YSL, just to name a few of the many luxury brands they have to offer. They have H&M, Urban Outfitters, Aldo, Warby Parker, and just SO MANY places to name. They will also be home to one of my favorite stores, Zara, soon enough - which I cannot wait for. I tend to frequent this mall in the evening to avoid some of the daytime crowds. Staff, from store to store, varies, but for the MOST part, they have been helpful and kind. Some of the higher-end stores do not give you weird vibes when you walk in to just look around - which is always a good thing. There's nothing worse than feeling like you are unwanted in a store. On busy days, the check-out lines can get long depending on the store you are in. However, most of the time, they are staffed well, and you are in and out. All in all, this is a pretty good mall. Did I mention, they have a small postal service area on the ground floor if you need to mail/ship out anything. I really do not have any negative experiences that turned me away from this mall as a whole. Now I've had some negative experiences with staff in certain stores, but again, those moments have been so few and far between. I will continue to patronize this mall. Also, it's pretty close to home - so it is convenient. P.S. I do miss when they were home to Crate & Barrel - it was one of my favorite stores for home décor. However, they left many, many moons ago.

The scents are hit or miss when it comes to longevity and could be a bit pricey for the quantity but they always have deals and coupons that you can't beat. If you aren't already enrolled sign up with the app and you can usually always snag a daily deal. Currently they have the summer scents out which are my favorite. What sets this location apart is definitely the customer service. There's always someone at the door to greet you and offer assistance. They always tell you about the daily deals and recommend new scents based on what you tell them you like already. Susan helped me today and she was amazing.

Natalia and Chantel really know their stuff and have always recommended the perfect fragrances for me. I really love the chill atmosphere and I always meet other enthusiasts every time I visit. The leather couches are a vibe! You can sit on a couch as long as you want while the fragrances dry down on your skin and meet new people while you wait.
