The staff now is beyond rude, abrasive & doesn't belong there b/c the girl at front desk clearly Hates her job! The floors are filthy w/old torn up old commercial grade rugs & an area of floor that's been covered up w/a blanket from a dirty pawn shop that's been there for over a year! Boxes of products that appear to be going on a shelf ... someday. They all speak to each other in a diff langue. The ones who are American look so angry, not one of them greet you with , "hi how are you" or anything close to a welcoming greeting that customer service should have. I was returning a pair of sunglasses $210, I purchased online. I read the return process on my email. All I had to do was show the barcode from my confirmation email, to make the return. The original cashier, said she would have to ask. She called the "manager" over(who had on sweatpants that were way too small, greasy hair and the most "I hate life" face. She didn't ask me or the cashier anything . She looked at the sunglasses and said "NO" and walked away. I had to explain 3more times while showing my phone that I was allowed to make the return. Finally the grub "manager" came back over and actually read my phone and just nodded her head to the cashier. I guess that meant, ok it's approved for return. The cashier did it and handed me my receipt. Not a "Thank you" "have a nice day" "sorry for the inconvenience or delay" such a shame this is now customer service

When I finally did get up to a register, the cashier was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was annoyed by a beeping sound coming from one of the registers i guess, which I understand - but that doesn't make it okay to talk to customers rudely and abruptly, or to roughly throw the items they're buying into the bag and slam the bag down onto the counter.

The aisles were well stocked, the merchandise was reasonably priced, and they had everything I needed. When it came time to check out, it wasn't a nightmare like some other locations. It's definitely a more dated store but seemingly had decent inventory of novels + great kid-friendly selection. They have a Starbucks inside, with only two workers but only one person working the front and also making the drinks. Expect a little bit of a wait because of this. We ordered three drinks: one caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino & two iced matcha lattes w/ strawberry cold foam. Took about 10 min, so definitely longer than your typical stand alone Starbucks. Matcha lattes had no sweetener, though it normally comes w/ simple syrup but no problem, healthier this way anyways haha. My caramel frappe was very sweet + kept leaking out of the cup.
