Now I am very unhappy, this is not the first time I've had an appointment cancelled on me here. They'll just close the doors whenever they feel like it. I have never seen this place busy so you think that they would want to have clients but the fact that they just close for no reason makes you really think not. I called and they were very apologetic, apparently had called the # in their system and not the one I had given when booking the appointment to leave a message but honestly, too little too late. I was so looking forward to my facial with Doreen and now I will have to find a new salon that actually wants my money.

But seriously everyone thinks my natural hair color is red and it is not. I am light brown with grey mixed in thanks to age. Its been very comforting to see Amy during this time. Yes, there are changes you have to wear a mask the whole time as do the employees, they clean between each guest, and you must have an appointment as they are limited how many people can be in the salon at one time. I think its all worth getting to feel good that at least your hair looks good even if you are just going to the mail box.

I came in for a basic gel manicure appointment looking for a solid color - no frills. Unfortunately, there aren't as many colors to select from which made my choice limiting to start with. The main disappointment however was that my nail polish started chipping less than a week in. Typically my gel manicure will last a week+, but within a few days I had already chipped nail polish/kt coming off. To make matters worse, I was out of town for a wedding so I couldn't even go back to the salon for a fix. Within a week, the polish had peeled off several nails. I likely won't be returning here though I want to emphasize how friendly everyone was - not always my experience at nail salons salons, so I appreciated it here.
