I placed an order…read morefor 14 candles during the $9.95 sale online, and as soon as I checked out, my card was hit with a $159.16 charge. Then the app immediately crashed and showed an error. No confirmation, no order -- just my money taken. I reached out to customer service, and their response was basically, "Too bad." They told me I'd have to wait 3-5 business days for my money to be returned and that they wouldn't honor the sale price, even though the glitch was 100% on their end. So I'm stuck waiting for a refund and completely lost the sale because of their broken app. These candles were for Christmas gifts. This is unacceptable. A company this big shouldn't be taking people's money, failing to process orders, and then refusing to make it right. Bath & Body Works seriously needs to fix their system and their customer service, because this was beyond frustrating and completely unprofessional.

That sale day and also their semi annual sales post holiday are so darn good that I buy an entire year's worth of product in one day at about 90 percent cheaper than if I bought these products all year and one by one. Since I buy in bulk like that, I usually do not have to refresh. But if I do, or need gifts, this is the closet location to where I live. The store smells heavenly and like I mentioned above the staff members are great, they also have great coupons in addition to those great sales days.

What's amazing is that they have over 50 scents to sniff out. It takes awhile and there are a bunch of really cool and unique scents such as Fruit Loops, gun powder, marijuana, leather, pink sands, clothesline, creme brulee, fruit loops, honey crisp, and rain. The employees are helpful with suggesting combinations once you write down your favorite scents. I decided to get hand soap and the perfume roller. The scents are quite amazing but they are quite ephemeral. After reviewing everything, I realized that they lied about the prices. I got overcharged $11 so I'm pretty upset by being lied to and overcharged by a lot.
