But my hair was absolutely butchered in this salon and people need a fair warning. Mariah was my stylist. Again, she was nice, but the manager Kyra had to hold her hand through the entire process. I'm assuming she's new in the industry. Anyways, I came into the salon for a simple balayage refresh. It was suggested that I lighten more of my hair to achieve my desired look. I did say I didn't want to go to my roots, but I ended up following the managers advice and let them lighten then tone more. This picture is what I was left with, even after a second attempt to fix the color. I was left with several different colors in my hair, a lot of it was orange, all of it was choppy and clunky. A ton of mismatched spots. Completely different colors from top to bottom. Like I said, thankfully I was given a refund. But in full transparency to anyone out there, PLEASE go elsewhere to get anything done to your hair- unless it is a different trusted stylist. I had to go to a different salon to fix the mess (Shoutout to Jessica at the Rage Salon. She fixed my hair and was a total lifesaver) but because my hair was bleached and processed so much at Ulta, I can't lighten it for a while. So now I'm set back on my hair plans, which kinda sucks. The ladies there are super sweet and helpful AND they have a computer system that helps them search ingredients for specific allergens that some customers must avoid. I was So appreciative of their sensitivity to my needs and to taking the time to look up the right product for me and be sure it didn't have any Gluten or Soy in it... I'll definitely be back.. thank you Ladies for understanding and thank you Sephora for creating the ability to search ingredients on your computer.. What a time saver!! It sure beats returning something because of a breakout or reaction... Sweet!!!

Went Two doctors visit yesterday found out I had Covid. Prescriptions were sent to Walgreens…read morepharmacy on loop 323 & Troup. They didn't have the Covid med in stock. I was sent to 2 different pharmacies that were supposed to have it. Finally....when I arrived at Walgreens on Gentry Parkway, the pharmacist Kevin was so helpful! He said the strength the Dr. ordered was not standard dose. Immediately placed a call to on-call doc. He got it straightened out and filled the prescription 10 min later I was on my way! He is so kind ,caring, and efficient. He is knowledgeable and compassionate! He is the BEST!
