I only like the room spray, because all there scents smell the same. They got rid of the good scents.

As a guy I wouldn't…read morenormally think of buying a candle, but to buy a candle that looks like my favorite beer, exotic drink, or shot, now that's a different story. These candles look so much like a real drink that I've actually received strange reactions from friends, colleagues, and clients who mistakenly thought I had a real alcoholic drink on my desk. Then I burned them and in no time my office smelled amazing, and they burned forever. I've even given some of the "normal" container candles they make as gifts for family and friends and they all loved the strong yet pleasant aromas they give off. Hands down, you can't beat the quality of these products, the fact that they are eco-frinedly, the quick turnaround time on their order fulfillment, and the price is much better than the big name boutique store prices. The best part of all is this company supports local and national charities, so I'm happy to give my money to them to get a great product and support those in need. I highly recommend and endorse Wicked Wick Brews and I hope you will too.

However, when we arrived, the door was locked and no one appeared to be there. We waited outside for about 20 minutes, trying to contact the business by phone and through their Instagram page, but received no response. Eventually, we left and walked over to McCormick & Schmick's a few blocks away to get drinks and hopefully hear back. After an hour with no update, we decided to stroll around Center City and make the most of our day. Around 5:45 PM, I finally received a call from a staff member who apologized and explained she hadn't seen our messages and she was actually at home at the time. She offered to reschedule us for the next day at 3 PM. We accepted, but since we were still in the area, we called back and asked if we could come "now". She agreed, and we walked back over for a 6PM session. Once there, we were offered wine for purchase and water which we accepted. We got to make two candles each. She walked us through the process and told us to pick out our scents. The music playing added to a fun, laid-back vibe. Despite the earlier miscommunication, the overall experience was enjoyable, and I would definitely consider going again.

I was super intimidated being a guy going into a women's clothing store but Daria the owner made me feel welcome and told me not to worry because she was there to help. She literally took a look at my wife's Instagram page to get an understanding of her style and guided me (I'm clueless) about pieces that made sense. I ended up picking out @10 total and my wife loved everything. 3 pieces ran too big and my wife had no issues swapping them for a smaller size with no issues and loved her experience with Daria also. Can a store get any cuter?!…read more First stumbled upon TBB last winter during an abnormally warm day in March. Walked in, and immediately felt happier! Full of fun spring styles that you just can't get at a fast fashion mall type of place. You can tell so much thought, time and passion goes into the design and pieces picked. Fast forward to now that I live in the area again, and I have curated a cute collection of jewelry as well as added to my wardrobe a bit. The prices are so fair and it's just a highlight to my day when I find a gem from here! I've also had the chance to meet and work with the owner Daria. I loved the place that much that I reached out to see if I could help in any capacity. The owner is sweet and she really puts so much effort into her space and products, and it shows when loyal customers come in time and again. So screw the mall and head to The Boutique Bar, you'll feel so much better.

Because I'm quirky like that and yes, I'd love a mobile of adorable tiny sheep. You're going to have to stop yourself from saying, "How CUUUUUTE!" about 14,347 times while you're perusing the shop. In the back is a shelf full of sale items, so don't forget to peek there. I love the fake decorative plants. What's not to love, they look so real and you don't have to remember to water them. But it's the quirky little home goods that I love. I am madly in love with the felted colorful bunting that spells out MERRY CHRISTMAS. So you like a good Yankee Candle? But, you hate their…read moreprices? And you of course don't have one of their BOGO coupons available at the moment? Sounds like a plan as to a limited extent I feel the same way. I live a little less than an hour away from Lehighton so while far, a trip to the Blue Mountain home office is not impossible looking for a cheaper alternative. As a point of context a typical Yankee Candle large jar is twenty four ounces with a burn time of 110-150 hours at a standard sticker price of $27.99. At Blue Mountain their large jars are listed at lasting 125-150 hours for a sticker price of $15.99. Of course the rub is that the scent from a BM candle is nowhere near as potent as one from Yankee. Sorry, but that is fact. But BM does have a ton of scents available and while not every scent is good (who the hell is buying the fresh cut grass candle?) the choices they offer easily rival Yankee. If you go for a visit to the home office in Lehighton a few things are noteworthy: 1. The hours on the door of the building list them as opening at 10am and their website lists directions to the store but no hours which is bizarre but they do open at 9am on weekdays. 2. The store has an entrance door on both sides of the building but the parking lot on the east side of the building is a little rough with pot holes so watch yourself lest you loose a tire or destroy your suspension. 3. Seemingly there is little to no heat in the building so if you are there on a cold day it doesn't feel all that different in the store as opposed to what it feels like outside. 4. Candles are not the only thing sold at the store as they also offer various country home decor items that while I suppose are nice, to me they would only be interesting to my grandmother. If you can't get to the store and live in the area chances are eventually you will come across a school age member of your family selling BM candles as they are big into school fundraising. Now I realize that not everyone can get their hands on something from Blue Mountain Candle with it being in Lehighton but if you can it's a decent alternative to Yankee until the next time they offer a BOGO coupon.

Went to the store within their seven day return/exchange policy to exchange or get a store credit. Before I could ask for the exchange or credit the cashier bluntly stated "we can't accept that because it was opened". Their return policy on the receipt states "product must be in original condition and package (With all tags attached) for returns/exchanges."' No where does it states that the packages couldn't be opened. Exactly how are you to know if the product is correct if you don't open the package. I'm not a beautician and clearly this was my error. However, the product was not used and we put in it right back in the original package with all of the tags. Wasn't worth arguing with her about it. They just lost a customer that's all.
