I can say I swish this location offered more variety like other locations in the Virginia area that seem to offer more high end products. You can always find something you "need" at Target. On Tuesday, 9/23/25, I telephoned the store looking for a particular scent. The very nice store clerk put two candles in that scent on hold for me. When I arrived on Thursday, 9/25/25, to pick up my holds, she and another store clerk were both very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The customer service was the perfect combination of asking whether I needed help and letting me browse and sniff as I love to do in Yankee Candle stores. The two candles that the one store clerk had picked out and put on hold for me were beautiful, and I bought a total of five candles in this visit. This store was very neat, organized, and well stocked, and it had a great selection of scents, including many that that I had not seen at other Yankee Candle outlet stores in the area (inventory differs among stores). I highly recommend you visit this store on the weekdays and have the best candle shopping experience ever, as I most definitely did!!

Whether you looking for a calming lavender scent for relaxation or a festive holiday fragrance to set the mood, ST. Burgh's Wickery has it all. Their customer service is equally impressive. Every question I had the owner and his son answered them without hesitation. They genuinely care about their customers' satisfaction, which was evident in our interaction. Things Remembered Waldorf, MD St. Charles Mall. I've used…read moreThings Remembered 5 years straight to have a the plaque engraved with the name of the winner of a Fantasy Football league. Never had a problem with customer service or the engravings that were done for those 5 years. However this past Saturday was really something that caught me off-guard. 1) We entered the store and waited 5 minutes to be acknowledged as a customer. 2) The store associate Michelle did finally walked over to the counter turned her back to us and started engraving some other item that has been sitting on or near the engraving machine since we entered the store. Again no acknowledgement that we existed. 3) When we were finally acknowledge with a pleasant "Hello, what can i do for you today", I presented the plaque with a request to have it engraved. Her response after a quick glance was "No we cannot engrave this thing". I told her it was done here for the past 5 years. "Here at this store?". "Yes, here at this store". REDFLAGS and siren should have gone off then. "OK, the font is Times and I'll get another engraver to do the engraving. We will call you in 24hrs when its done". 4) The phone rang in middle of discussing the work to be done, and Michelle took the call and told us the customer standing right in front of her, "Please hold-on". I stood there, surprised as i waited for Michelle to finish talking to the person on the phone. Results. Never received a phone call, the font was wrong, the size of the font was larger than the other engravings (Yes we did request the fonts and size to match the other engravings). And to top it off the engraving was crooked. DISAPPOINTED. with the customer service, Disappointed with the end result. Disappointed.
