I wanted to share my awesome experience at this location. I haven't been to a bath and bodywork's in a very long time and was truly impressed with how welcoming this store was. I was welcomed by Ami ! She was the sweetest soul on earth. Showed me all of the glittery options the store had. She helped me with my selection and within a few minutes I was ready to check out. I was checked out my Hannah who seems to be new but she was holding it down and doing such an awesome job even while training. She was being trained by a lead named Carrie who seemed to be super passionate about her job and getting Hannah aligned with how everything works at the cash register. Overall an awesome experience and I will be back again to this location and will be sure to bring my mom and friends. Ps. Whether I'm going in to snag my online pickup order or just sniffing around, it's always a pleasant experience. It's usually super busy at this location, sometimes the lines get a little crazy, but definitely worth the wait. I haven't stepped foot in a BBW in forever- but my daughter oooh & ahhh and wanted to go in and they were SO BUSY!!! My daughter was just saying how she thought they had all closed and then we were both just shocked at how busy they were. They had a huge sale going on, although- I think they always have sales going. I never have bought candles and yup- I sprung for a couple of candles. They had some spectacular Halloween candle decor that was wicked expensive, that I may have drooled over the possibility of getting- but.... I behaved. Checkout lines moved faster than I expected. I picked one candle because of the lid (and scent) and it had the wrong lid and they took it off and replaced it with another- well crapola. I really should have said I didn't want the candle then, but I didn't. My fault. Guess I may have to occasionally pop into BBW in the future! read more

Went looking for two different candle scents- when I asked the person working at the front she told me "I was cutting it too close to Christmas" and told me they were out without looking. She did not help me find similar scents, instead she told me to buy their hot cocoa candles because "they have a thousand of them." She was talking to other coworkers and had to be interrupted to ask for assistance. Unhelpful to say the least. read more

Hello happiness, I am always feeling good when I shop here . I just adore Bath & Body Works . This place never disappoints with it ever changing inventory, color schemes , fragrances and products . It's so awesome that they even bring back old school scents too , at special times of the year . I can say I use the moisturizing body wash most often , shower gels on occasion , lotion daily & body fragrance mist throughout my week . I love having a large selection of fragrances to use to fit my mood ( it's ever changing) which is why Bath & Body Works is my go to for shower toiletries. Ok, I gotta mention the concentrated room sprays and room wallflower plugs that are so decorative with the most decadent oils to refresh any area in the home . I never leave the shop with out those . Candles galore , oh it's so hard deciding which to take home every time I make my purchases. Ps. I'll be back soon read more

This store is very dangerous for two major reasons. One, I know that I'll be sneezing like crazy before I walk out the front door, and two, I know that if there is a Bath & Body Works store anywhere within the mall that the Adorable One will find it and want to go inside for a little look around. Bath & Body Works was founded in Ohio in the 1990's and has become one of North America's most-successful retail brands. They specialize in shower gels, lotions, fragrance mists, perfumes, candles, and home fragrances -- hence the sneezing on my part. This particular Bath & Body Works is located within the Shops at Wiregrass, directly across the street from Charming Charlie, and right in the heart of the women's shopping district. So naturally after a good laugh inside Charming Charlie, it was time for a lap around Bath & Body Works. My sophisticated olfactory senses had picked up upon her love of their Sea Island Cotton scent, and I won major points by directing her towards the shower gels and body creams section. She also found some candles that had a fairly light scent, and so this trip was considered a success. It's not my favorite place to go shopping, but I know that I can always pick up a gift card and be a hero! read more

It's Bath and Body, what else more can you say. It's my fave go to place. I have their app and get their emails too. I always am able to get free stuff and sample all of their scents, and have a great collection of it. The one in Wesley Chapel is at Shoppes at Wiregrass so it is pet friendly, and Mocha Coconut loves the tile and air condition. I always come back and get more stuff and am happy that they are close by, and every where. read more

Sean, was HANDS DOWN, one of the best salesmen I have ever run across! I went in for one item...LOTION. Ended up with 4 body wash, body cream and mist along with wall flowers and car scents lol When you think about friendliness of someone greeting you upon entering anywhere, it COMPLETELY changes your mood and opens your wallets. I am a huge Bath & Body Works fan and usually go once or twice a month. I have visited this location twice now and have not had the usual amazing experience I've become accustomed to from other Bath & Body Works locations. First time at this store they were giving me a hard time because I wanted to do two orders using my email coupon for $10 off $30. The person at the register said I wasn't allowed to do multiple orders because the coupon is per visit. I told her other locations don't have a problem doing it because I can step outside and come back in and that's another visit. I asked her to get the manager which she was close enough to hear and said that I was right and that they could do it. Don't know why they were trying to be so difficult I was spending a lot of money with each purchase. And come to find out per corporate rules you are allowed to do multiple purchases using the email coupons so I was right. Now come to today's visit. I get that today was their one day candle sale and they were slammed. However, the customer service lacked big time. All I wanted was the leaves candle. I had already been to the bbw at the outlets but they were out. So I called this location and was told "yes we have plenty of Leaves candles left". I then head over there after picking up literally 2 items at Costco. We finally get there with the line outside the store and I'm excited. I was getting the Leaves scent as a gift for a friend because it's their favorite. I was going to pick me up a few too. So we are finally allowed in and we are looking. Looking. Looking. Looking. And nothing. I ask an employee if they have any and she grimaces and says oh I think it's sold out they would be right here. So I told her that we had just called maybe 30-45 minutes ago and was told there were plenty. She then says well why didn't you ask if they could've held them for you?! I had no idea they could!!!!! That's what really pissed me off. Being told after the fact that they could have held them for me while we were on our way. Turns out all of the Tampa Bay Area is completely sold out of the Leaves scent. But seriously get your sh*t together and treat your customers better. read more

I would like to start off by saying that I have NEVER been racially profiled while shopping, but yesterday 3/22/17 in your store I was. I walked into your store with my daughter and a friend so I could buy some wallflowers for my home. I spend a lot of money with your company atleast 3 times a month but sad to say I think I will take my business elsewhere. While there were other shoppers in the store coming in and going out. I seemed to catch the attention of your employees. I don't know if it was because of my rose gold hair(I am a Licensed Cosmetologist) or the color of my skin. While 1 employee appeared to be stocking the wallflowers at the entrance of the store every single corner I turned he was right in my face. I despise the fact that I was treated as a criminal and my shopping experience was nothing less than stereotyping. My friend even heard one of the associates whisper to the young man Did you say something to her? Go check and see what she's doing.... Is this protocol to only keep a close eye on your African American shoppers? News Flash other races steal too! Smh Your employees followed my every move but not offering one bit of assistance. I didn't know it was a crime to walk around until I found what I needed in your store. As I gathered my final selections and migrated to the register there was no employee in sight. One of the other customers in the store alerted them that I was waiting at the register which I had been doing for atleast 5 mins and no one came to the register to assist. I left your products there on the counter and exited your store. I have never been so disgusted with customer service during a shopping trip as I was yesterday. I LOVE your store but I can not support this business anymore if your employees are taught to single out shoppers. read more
