Its always something with the workers. I go and try to pick up my FEDex and Mr. Dubaah (?)…read more asks for a tracking number. I only had my i.d. so he looks for it with my name. Comes back and says they don't have it. I go to my car and bring back my phone. I am trying to show him the tracking number from the phone. He insists on holding my phone. Finally I give it to him and say that I don't like people holding my phone. He allows a 5-second delay and says, "Huh?" I ignored him. He then repeats what I just said but in question form. I ignore him. He is doing all this extra reading to just take the tracking number. He lays the phone down and has the hardest time keying in my number. Finally, he verifies it is there. He and another lady go to look for it. She finds it. I said that it was right where he was looking before. He makes an excuse about the print was small and he read a different name. What a lame. Just apologize for taking me through it. He finally scans me out and tells me I am all done. On the other side, a lady is getting her passport pic taken, and it is right next to the chip stand. So I am waiting. He repeats that I am all done like he is rushing me out. I ignore him. The other lady looks at me, and I politely tell her that I want some chips but to please finish with the customer. I get my chips and go. Unprofessional, passive aggressive and rude. How do you handle customers so rude?

I joined the Nordstrom reward program on their credit card! And earn Nordy rewards with every day purchases! The Nordy rewards can be use in the store! Some staff members did not know where certain items were located. They are friendly and try to help but they need a little more product knowledge. The pricing: It is a bit pricey here and they do not have a wide selection of items here. Overall: This store is pricey with their items so you should be prepared for that. They do not greet you when you come into the store. Pricing: The perfumes here are $9.99 and up depending on what kind of perfume or cologne you are looking to purchase. They also had a sale at the time where you buy certain items and get the second item 50% off. Ambience: The store did not have any music playing and you could hear the people outside of this store. I know it's Black Friday and we should expect lines but the lines in this store didn't move and were handled poorly. There was a girl trying to have people form one line and be assigned a lame to stand in. This wasn't working and people just walked up and got in line while the ones following the rules had to wait their turn to enter. Some of the lines didn't move at all, others were moving a great pace. They had a girl scan some orders while we were online. I thought this would speed up the process but it did not. Everything was still checked and rung up at the register. Poor use of this ability! I love the selection but I'll be returning to another location, Everyone has crowds on Black Friday but the way they handled them here just wasn't ok. Also, there were multiple coupon issues. Some lines allowed, some did not. When I questioned my cashier she told me no I couldn't use mine, I asked for the manager and she looked at me like I was nuts. I had just seen the manager allow the sand coupon to be used that I was trying to use. Very little consistency with little sense of urgency to move the line. Good thing there are many locations to shop instead of this one
