Come here all the time with my girlfriend. Usually hit Kohls and here (30-second walk). If you come early in the day, it's pretty quiet. B&BW stores can get hectic! Inventory/merchandise is the same as other stores, but the employees here are always friendly. They help you with finding what you need, make sure you use your coupons, and always greet you. read more

The reason this location stood out to me was the customer service from the cashier. After I paid for my items she told me that I had a free rewards to use. Now, while this may not seem like a lot, it was. Each time I get a reward, no cashier ever tells me, I find out when I go online. This cashier saved me a trip back and I was able to get my free item right then and there. read more

Still one of my favorite Bath & Body Works stores because it is so convenient. The selection of holiday scents and accessories is fun to peruse. Even with all the COVID restrictions, there were plenty of employees to help and, at the time I was there, not a long line to check out. Also, they are using paper bags so don't be wasteful and take a bag, purchase nothing, and try to put it back because that is NOT going to happen and the bag has to tossed. This store deserves the worst customer service award. Molly is the rudest person that Have met working for this company. No one in the store greets the customers. They are totally invested in collecting their paychecks, ignoring customers, being very lazy. The store manager is so rude and lazy. They have s current store policy that apparently she foes not follow. I hope and pray that a big head goes undercover and sees the garbage that was hired at this store. This location needs to tone down the "attentive" customer service. I was the only customer in the store today and was "mauled" by 3 employees with aggressive offers to assist. I'm not sure how they can assist with selection of candle fragrances since I need to smell/decide base on my personal preferences. I'll shop online going forward. read more

This location is so much more convenient than any BBW in a full sized mall. The size of this location is slightly larger than newer spots in the malls but a bit smaller than the older traditional stores that are still going through size reductions and remodels. And the product selection and quantity of available employees makes this store a winner. The employees here are always super friendly and engaging and will run circles ensuring each customer has a great experience. I most often only purchase the foaming hand soap here and if I want a scent they don't have in stock they will call other locations and offer to hold it or ship it for free. That is what customer service should be. I've also purchased gifts here for my mom or girlfriends and the employees help pick the correct lotions, shower wash, or candles to ensure the gift is perfect. Have something you don't like or discover a foaming pump is defective they swap it out, no questions asked. This is truly a five star location. Service and product selection make this a go-to store. read more

The store is clean, the variety of items are vast, all products are great, each lotion, Hand soap, scent, scented candle, etc., are all amazing. I loved scented candle on bath and body, smell so good. Staff are friendly, helpful and professional. The price is reasonable They have a great deal on selected items. Fantastic customer service. Willingly to assist you all the time. Its excellent experience to do shopping on bath and body works. I would gladly recommend to everyone. I love this location because you don't have to deal with a crowded mall. I was welcomed as I walked in. Debbie was the employee that handed me a bag and examined the new sale. She showed me where certain items were located. Then, I found the items I needed and checked out very quickly. Bath & Body usually has great sales and they allow you to use coupons on top of the sale price. Plus-- free trial size item. This Bath & Body Works was very clean and organized. Natalie the cashier was too busy gossiping with another worker as she was checking me out. She wasn't listening to me when I told her my phone number so I could get my points. I realized this when a completely different email came up and I told her that was not my email. She said I must have given someone my information and it was my fault. I too, like that this location is NOT located in a mall...I've been coming to this location for years now, along with the Wheaton Town Square, or Bolingbrook. This past Saturday I stopped in shortly after they opened for their $8.50 candle sale. I don't think those candles are WORTH the going rate of $22, and there are other sales on these usually, but this is a great deal for gifts...and a gift for myself of course! I've also been here in years past, but later in the day when some scents are sold out, and it's just crazy crowded. This time I stopped in around a half hour after opening...yes, crowded, but not insane. For some reason, Bath & Body Works has pushed their staff to push sales...I was asked several times by the same woman if I needed help. Buying candles? I did not... Though, lately I feel like I should just shop online because if I needed help in a store like that, I'd ask...I don't need to be asked multiple times. A greeting, and left alone is most definitely the way to go...don't ignore, but don't overwhelm the customers! It's simple really...smell it, do you like it? buy it...if not, put it down, and smell something else, right?! But, the sale was in stores...so I went. It wasn't an awful experience, and the lines moved fairly quickly to get me out of there. Browsing facebook later that day, someone posted the line OUTSIDE Bath & Body Works in Orland Park, I believe? I commented that I didn't experience THAT in Woodridge... these women are ruthless when it comes to a candle sale, but glad my experience was painless! read more

I LOVE coming to this location way more than any mall location. It is tucked away in the corner of a strip mall, so you can't see it from the street. The plus to that is, they are never out of anything. This store is always fully stocked with the friendliest staff to help you find anything you need.
