My professional painters were flabbergasted and can't even fix it because Tub Coaters uses some sort of spray paint that we can't buy. AND they want to charge me $45 for a touch up? Are you joking me? They got paint on our freshly done balcony roof, and my sidewalk. I have a complete shit time getting a hold of anyone there. They are not timely at all. They came to "fix" the flaking paint yesterday and then left because the office called and told the guy to go to a different job!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! This job was done only a few months ago and we haven't touched the paint with anything but painters tape by our contractor. It SHOULD NOT COME OFF LIKE THAT. Y'all don't stand by your work and it's TERRIBLE. These 5 star reviews are a joke. This company is a joke and the selling tactics and procedures are predatory. The fact that they have to defend that they've been in business 25 years and have many happy reviews does not change our terrible experience. They've been awful to work with. Tub Coaters sent out Geronimo promptly and he made some of the repairs even though it was almost 8pm. He's has been here before and I can confidently say he's just as patient as he is competent. Eric worked with me on the price and I'm happy with the repair. As for WHY Tub Coaters wasn't picking up my calls resulting in my 1 star review? Eric said they use some fancy VoIP phones and in an effort to avoid spam calls, the system blocks numbers that call repeatedly (sigh). What's the solution? They said they'd speak to their phone provider to get it fixed up. And how can we get ahold of them? I'd suggest filling out their online form. Hopefully, those messages will go directly to them! If you read nothing else, know that there is NO ONE better than TradeMark and Vasilios!! They are incredible and we can't be any happier!! Vasilios came to our house three times to ensure that what we envisioned would become our reality and it did! He spent well-over two hours on two separate occasions with us in his showroom which had every possible combination of quartz, cabinetry, backsplash and flooring. He then helped us re-design our family room. He had samples of everything and showed us what everything would look like together. He also used 3D modeling to show us how it would look. I have been going to poor boys for many years, we have purchased almost all of our many trees,…read moreshrubs, perennials, annual vegetable garden and annuals from them because I am a strong supporter of local businesses and was willing to pay the hefty prices they charge as a result. That all changed today. The older woman with short gray hair who wears a visor was so incredibly nasty to my three year old and I that I quite literally left my arm full of flowers and will not ever be returning. I know not everyone is a fan of kids, but rolling your eyes and audibly huffing when I politely asked where I could find the bathroom is not appropriate. Neither is yelling when he was trying to view the koi pond. We will (happily) by making the much longer trek to Valley View Farms for all of our (many) future plant purchases and will no longer be supporting a business who feels comfortable treating people this way. Clearly we are not the only ones that have had a run in with this woman and their ironically Poor customer service. I enjoy my annual plant purchases and I am going to keep it that way by never going here again.
