We have used Martinelli Building and Contracting for a variety of projects at our vacation home on IOP. We were one of their first customers back in 2016 when they did a complete residing for us which included removing an old chimney and fixing a number of other issues they found along the way. Since then, we have used them to completely rebuild a pool deck and front porch, roof repairs, replacing exterior doors, and a complete teardown/rebuild of our family room to the wall studs and ceiling joists to repair some lingering water issues. They are willing to tackle tough projects and they keep a close eye of their contractors to ensure a quality job. The issues that have arisen have been handled professionally and with the objective of making it right even when it meant more work for them. We then hired Adam who was able to find the appropriate windows at a reasonable price. Adam and his team were reliable, available, and professional.
