I was initially there to conduct comparison shopping at the time; however, the availability and competitive pricing of products (e.g., cabinetry, quartz countertops & sinks) prompted me to go ahead and initiate an order with Phillip for purchase and installation accordingly. I especially liked having the opportunity to raise the height of the countertop backsplash from 4" to 5" and to order custom-made cabinets for the bathrooms if I so desired! The project from start to finish took approximately one month, and Phillip was diligent about providing intermittent updates. The installers, Jesse and Juan, were timely, organized, respectful of the property and noticeably competent. I appreciated the fact that NGKB owner, Allen--who also served as the project manager--took the time to QC the installation upon completion! A special shout out goes to one of the contracted plumbers, Beto, who went above and beyond by providing a high level of service and expending the quality time to ensure that everything was functional and operational! He did not show up most days to start working until after 3pm and when it gets dark at 6pm that only gives about 2 hours of decent sunlight to work which is not enough time to get anything accomplished correctly. I could go on and on about the horrible job this company did but I would much rather let Karma handle people who do shady business... Trust your gut & find an actual professional!!!! Additionally, several tiles are already chipped, despite being newly installed. When I requested that someone come out to evaluate the work, I was told that as long as it meets basic code requirements, nothing can be done. That response is extremely disappointing. This is not just about meeting minimum code--it's about delivering quality workmanship. Anyone can take off their shoes, walk across the floor, and immediately feel that something is wrong. It feels like once payment was received, customer satisfaction was no longer a priority. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience.

Then the real surprise came when I turned a corner and saw it for $69.99! All I can say is make sure you keep your eyes open and walk around because you will find those deals. They only had self service registers, I miss having regular cashiers. An associate helped me get the lamp in the cart. If you change your mind on items, they have baskets right beside it that you can toss in there. At the end of the trip I went and bought a hot dog for $1, it was just a regular one. The condiments were self service to the side and I saw mustard, Swedish mustard and ketchup. I would have liked to have some relish but that didn't happen.
