The work was shoddy and does not look very good. I ended up getting material to put over it to make it look better. Why did I pay $700 for something I need to fix myself. Also, when I got home and opened the oven door, it nearly fell out of the wall. I called and they said that they forgot to put the screws in and it was not secure. They had to come back and install the screws to secure the oven.

As someone else here pointed out, then it's take it or leave the date offered. Even the person who directs calls to the correct voice mail sounds put upon. One has to wonder about what's wrong with the company that the staff sounds so out of sorts. There are much better places to go, where the staff is friendly and happy to help you- without an appt.
