We walk through the showroom and was able feel the weight of the fridges doors, texture of the range knobs as well as the sounds of air venting from the hoods, as well see to the height of the flames on different settings on the ranges! It was so educational and comforted us to know that our money will be well spent and that we indeed are buying some investment equipment. She made great recommendations for our space and could interpreted our designer's plans while providing the best advice to customize our kitchen space! At the end of our meeting, she gave us a handful of vendors that we could purchase from. There was zero pressure to purchase anything (I hate that, especially when sales people try to hard sell you on the spot) this was not the case! The various kitchen displays were immaculate and the created 'kitchen envy' for me in every setting I saw! There is a layout suitable for every living space. The outdoor kitchen space was to DIE for and I was wishing it wasn't 6 degrees outside so I could go out there- even better if I could have sat outside and have a glass of wine! I purchased well over $20K of appliances from Albo appliance in NJ who Fretz is the distributor to…read more We had a problem with permitting with a blower for a hood that was supposed to be mounted to the exterior of our house. We opened the box for the blower to take initial dimensions and Fretz would not take the return. We had to return the hood (which they let us do due to it being unopened) with a 10% restocking fee. Not cheap when you consider the cost of Wolf and Sub-Zero products. I had to escalate the problem to the regional manager since Fretz could not work out a solution and flat out said "there's nothing we can do with opened products". Still pending on the regional manager as I'm sure they are saying "WTF, I have to deal with this and Fretz couldn't have worked something else out with them?" So, we learned some lessons here. Philadelphia building codes are so archaic, have your architect really check this before you purchase AND open any boxes. Albo appliance in NJ is really awesome and go to bat for you. Fretz is really unreliable and non-negotiable with their unadvertised return policies, none of which are disclosed anywhere.

I wanted people to know how friendly everyone was and how helpful the entire staff was. As a chiropractor I will be recommending purple to my patients, friends, and family. I even left with samples. I love how the material is firm yet soft and cooling. I love how the pillows are not one size fits all and can be swapped out for different sizes. I am a huge proponent for restful sleep. Sleeping can be 8 hours of therapy or 8 hours of torture. Finding the right combination of soft/support and leg/back position (I believe we should not be sleeping flat) is difficult for a lot people. Luis emailed and called me within 24 hours and I was immediately impressed. Not only did he listen to our needs and budget, he took the five minutes (that the half dozen other fabricators I visited didn't take) to realize that it's a small kitchen by looking at our layout. He recommended a solution to fit both our needs and his -- to use a remnant, at a better price. We visited within two days and placed a deposit on the spot after a great meeting with Luis and Steve. These young men are committed to their new business and it shows. They committed to our template first thing Monday, and understanding the urgency of our timeline, turned around the installation by this afternoon. Communication was frequent and professional. At no point did I feel like we got a leftover (though we selected a remnant) or that we were rushed (instead we were made a priority). Both Luis and Steve went over and above multiple times during this project, and I find that exceptional at a time when we seem to be making excuses for quality service or product. Steve and his helper with skilled with installation, and he took great pride in his work. Our renovation has been months of a very frustrating roller coaster. It's a passion project for my husband, and he wants it to be a quality product when we're finished. It's been a rough road with some disappointments, but this isn't one of them. Genuinely, working with Luis and Steve has been one of the highlights. I wish I had another project I could partner with them again. Maybe a winning lottery ticket will let our paths cross again?
