Few years later (we continued using turbo tax) or return was way too low, something was wrong with turbo tax, so bright then in and got the right return amount. That was the last straw with using tax software, I'm going with millhouse from now on. The process has been easy as well, I just send in my tax info as it comes, they tell me what items to look for, give advice on how to get further deductions and keep more of my money with me through ira accounts and such. Highly recommended!!

He answered curtly "NO, AND YOU DON'T HAVE A CHANCE OF FINDING SOMEONE WHO WILL TAKE YOU ON AS A NEW CLIENT" and dismissed me. I couldn't believe that the owner of a business was that rude!! With manners like that, I can't imagine how they keep their current clientele or expect to grow their business.

I submitted my documentation in February, and it took this company until April 15th to have my taxes ready for review. I ended up owing the federal government over $10,000, and all we got from the lady at the front desk was a "Sorry, you didn't withhold enough, here's the payment voucher to pay your bill." I also have a locums position as a 1099 employee, and their estimate for my quarterly tax withholding was way off the mark, due to their poor communication. It was extremely stressful to try to figure out my estimated taxes on my own 3 days prior to them being due - as a person who is not a CPA....this is what I paid them to do! If you are looking for a professional to get your taxes done in a timely manner, you'd be better off using ANYBODY else in the Green Bay area other than Kolbe Accounting and Tax.

After asking me to leave a good review, the communication and consistency changed, and there were multiple cancellations. I even agreed to a price increase because I wanted to continue working with her and understood that prices and circumstances change. Unfortunately, she then canceled again and the situation became personal, with me being blamed for not caring about her children. I found that very inappropriate and unfair, especially in a professional client/business relationship. For me, reliability and professionalism are just as important as the actual cleaning. Because of the repeated cancellations and the way the situation was handled, I can only give 1-2 stars. I have since found another cleaner who is incredibly reliable, always shows up as scheduled, communicates well, and does an excellent job. That experience has really reinforced for me how important consistency and professionalism are when inviting someone into your home. I wish her the best, but based on my experience, I would not hire this cleaning service again.
