And everyone has a different reason to shop at one. Cigarettes or vape, usually my go to for smoke shopping, are here most everything California allows. Benson & Hedges I'm told by the manager are the best cigarettes on the market. I will have to give those a try my next visit. Selection is vast, anything a smoke shop can carry, this shop has is quantity, quality and the lowest prices. They do have a regular customer member price, 10% off their already competitive pricing so if you're looking for a shop in the valley that has all the good quality, fair priced and wonderful customer service...ask about the membership. It might help to visit one before asking but the manger and owner are super friendly, helpful and honest people so you will like get a yes, just be a considerate customer. Funny how it works that way, people go out of their way to help each other in this world and I can tell you for a fact, the owner is one of those people. Walking in, a cool breeze hits you and the view is spectacular. All organized, all the best, newest and highest quality products that make the story worth of its name. But even with good prices the one true reason to come here is the very reason I'm writing this interview. They way this place is run. Almost like you're in a shop in the old country, where the customers are treated with kindness and respect, a guest of the establishment. If they served a glass of mint tea, it be like the bazaar in Marrakech where you buy hookahs, tobacco and products you need to feed your smoking habit. This is a modern air conditioned, immaculate, safe with amble parking version. No tea but you get all the rest plus products only available in a modern setting, it's just really nice to be treated like a guest. I will be going back for a visit, Benson and Hedges, and now know one managers name, Tony aka David and will update with the owner name with their blessing I think. Don't wait on me, you need anything at a smoke shop, go here. See for yourself, I promise you will be very happy and will be a regular customer if it's in or near you area. Canoga Park is pretty Central Valley so be it a single purchase or stocking up, this place is your best best for the area. Maybe I'll see you there!

I've been coming here to buy disposable electronic vapes for a few months. now there's been two occasions where the vape I purchased was defective. The first time he was reluctant to exchange it, but did. The second time he said, it's not his problem. The product appeared to be working fine when I tested it in the store, but I quickly realized that it was not working properly. This electronic vape usually last me several weeks. This one is almost empty after only using it this weekend. The battery isn't charge and it's burning after I inhale wasting the juice inside. Don't buy from this place if you expect customer service.
