First I'd like to say Dr. Owens is a very good dentist. However her office staff is clueless as to how to assist patients, they're rude and don't know how to speak to the patient ( myself) I don't think the office staff understands anything about insurance therefore it's impossible for the staff to educate the patient. I know this may sound harsh but, sometimes one must shut up and listen to the patient to understand the needs of the patient. The billing department that's a joke so I had a balance of $56 I paid the bill 1 month after service was rendered, so wow. They threatened to put me in collections, so I seen Dr. Owens April 1th, 2019 the check wax sent out May 14th and was deposited May 21st, I'm sorry for anyone who will experience the kind of rudeness I just dealt with. Dr. Owens should re-evaluate her staff. Good luck if you go there, I hope you have deep pockets. read more

Best dental experience I've ever had! Dr. Babin and the whole staff were so nice and professional. He took the time to go over my x-rays with me and answer all my questions in detail. Anna at the front desk also took the time to explain all the ins and outs of my insurance and options with me, which was so helpful! I had to get a filling replaced after my exam and cleaning and I swear it only took 10-15 minutes extra. The office is beautiful and the TVs in the room were an extra perk. SO glad I tried it out and I'm actually looking forward to my next cleaning! read more

I returned to visit the office today as I was having a problem with a tooth. I called the office and they got me in right away. They made me feel as if my emergency was important which I appreciate. Upon arrival at the office, they brought me to the back took a quick xray and Dr. Babin identified my problem. He offered to help me with same day treatment which I really appreciate as I have a busy schedule. I was able to get a same day crown. This was the best dental experience i've ever had. Worst dental office we've been to. Had to switch dentists this year because our former dentist was no longer in network. Chose this one based on our insurance plan. My main issue is with their billing practice. My husband had temporary crowns and one of them broke so we made an appt with Galliano to get it repaired. Initially they called it cosmetic, but when we opted for the crowns, they proceeded as such. Our appt was in June and we were charged up front what the insurance "may pay". It is now August and the claim still has not been filed. I called 2 weeks after the appointment to ask where the claim was and get an explanation on why we had to pay almost $1300 up front. She stated that they were sooooooooooo busy, they had to use a separate billing company to send their claims and that they had up to 30 days to do so. Well, you can be 4 less people busy. 2 more weeks passed and STILL they had not filed the claim. My husband had to go back because one of the crowns didnt feel right. They did fix the issue but when he asked about billing, the front desk girl could see that nothing had been sent and would "send an email to the billing office". In the meantime, we chose and saw another dentist where our claims were posted and processed barely one day later. Its easy to take other people's money and let it charge interest while waiting for you to return the overpayment. Ive worked in the medical field (including billing) for 12+ years now and I have never seen such disregard for patients. 30 days has long passed and I had to file my own claim. STAY AWAY. read more
