I paid 450.00 the day of dental work but about 6 weeks later I was told I owed another 275.00 because the insurance company would not cover the crown. I was surprised because I had had the policy over a year {long enough for a rate increase}. I felt mislead but still offered to pay half. Staff said no I should have read the small print on estimates. I am a senior living on Social Security, 275.00 is a lot of money. I had been a long term patient.

I was told I would need to have an exam first before I could schedule a cleaning (a practice that is still a bit odd to me, but I know this is standard for certain cities); a little annoying, but it's only for the initial visit. I was lucky to be able to schedule my cleaning for the very next day at the end of my exam! All of the staff that I interacted with were kind and pleasant to talk to, including the dentist and hygienist that I saw. The exam and xrays were very thorough and I felt I was in great care. Dr Starr was my child's dentist and he completed the fillings did not check the bite and stood up and said we needed to find another dentist because he was traumatized. Really? He did not finish the work, discharged him, the office said they can drop a patient at any time for any reason. The office manager stated there are two sides to every story but did note there were no notes in the system as to why he dropped him and did not complete the work. I was in the room and there was nothing done on my child's end except raising his arm when he was in pain. Pitiful excuse for a dental office. I would not recommend anyone go here!

The were over $350 and the transition wasn't in the lenses. I returned to get the transition added and then the license kept popping out. I brought them in a year after several months of not wearing them because of the lense. They put another lense in which never fitted well and kept popping out. So I rarely wore them. This year the lense popped out and got crushed now I am being told that I have to get a $110 exam and pay $300 for lenses. So I basically paid $350 for glasses I wore maybe 5 times over 2 years struggling with lenses that kept popping out of the frame. I would say save your money and go elsewhere.
