I left messages with reception and on the partners' phones without response. Shortly before scheduled trial, my attorney withdrew from the case citing family emergencies and an unfamiliarity with complex asset issues. She assured me another attorney would take over, then called me and said no one in the office had time for my case. It was an expensive and frightening experience overall.

If they hadnt already left, the few remaining support staff were given 5 days notice. Morris Sockle started posting for job openings on Christmas eve. 8 job openings at one time, yet nothing for new attorneys AND they "currently are not accepting new clients". RED FLAG job seekers,.. be warned nothing will change of their management tactics, and the continued turnover will still go on.
