We dropped our phones off at 8:00 a.m., and just two hours later they were completely repaired. One phone needed both the front and back replaced, and the other needed the back replaced, both were completely shattered. They fixed everything perfectly, and the total cost was about half of what other places quoted us. Now let's talk about the staff. They are incredibly positive, friendly, and professional. Everyone there was knowledgeable about the products in the store and happy to answer questions. He said, " he wouldn't charge me taxes, " and I replied " I have no problem paying Florida taxes " Then he said, he only would take cash & when I don't have cash, he told me to go over to Walmart customer service and use their ATM. The fee to use the ATM was about $3.50. If he had wanted cash before, he should have said that, originally. I had the battery in my iPhone replaced here in August. My first issue was that the third party…read morebattery they used caused repeated errors and warnings on my phone for two weeks. This is apparently a known occurrence. And it does stop...eventually. They could have, nay SHOULD have warned me. However my greatest complaint is that less than 90 days later the phone began to swell in the area of the battery. The glass screen became pushed out so badly that it began to distort images. I became so concerned by it that I ended up replacing the phone altogether just a few months after Batteries Plus had "repaired" it.
