The man replaced the battery as I waited and it did not work. I had been able to use it before I took it in and now it won't charge at all. He wanted me to leave it with them for a few days. He said, " he wouldn't charge me taxes, " and I replied " I have no problem paying Florida taxes " Then he said, he only would take cash & when I don't have cash, he told me to go over to Walmart customer service and use their ATM. The fee to use the ATM was about $3.50. If he had wanted cash before, he should have said that, originally. He saying, that he wasn't going to charge me Florida makes he question, if his business is legitimate or just " fly by night. "

Walked into the store in late October. 3 employees there, zero customers. Still took like 40 minutes to explain to them that I need a battery replacement for my phone. A month later, still nothing. Emailed them with my ticket number and asked where we're at. Response: "What iPhone is that for?". I don't use an iPhone and told them so. Again. Ghosted.
