    Establishment sends me to the geek squad she's setting the appt for tomorrow & before it's confirmed the appt was taken so can't get in until Mon afternoon. So walked back across the store to the ppl that sent me there finally Mgr Jessica goes over to see if she can straighten out the communication then comes back to tell me she can try a few things so after 30-45 mins no fix still have to wait until Monday to get the phone diagnosed. Jessica said it appears to be a defect inside the phone. Can't hear in/out coming callers.

    Buy else where ... Amazon or Walmart ... Best Buy is not what they used to be

    Horrible order a TV online it took forever to find my order... when I got home the TV was missing parts ... called customer service .. they told me that I have to return to store to fix the item ... asked for phone number of the store .... They told me they don't have it....

    This review is about the GeekSquad portion of this BestBuy. We set up an appointment for an iPhone screen repair and we showed up 20 minutes late. Without even mentioning it, we were serviced by a great guy named Alex. He informed us of the procedure for the fix and within 10 minutes, he had our phone ready to be repaired. We were told 2 hours and when we showed up an hour early the phone was done! Will definitely be back with any other repairs that are needed. Thank you Alex and the rest of the GeekSquad crew!

The staff was nice and you can tell they know their way around computers, but I found it is just better to take Apple products to the Apple store itself. While it was more convenient taking my MacBook to this location, it would've been better in the long run to drive an extra 30-40 minutes to the Apple store in downtown Orlando. I've had this specific IOS problem before and Apple will fix it for free, but the Best Buy store charges to have it fixed. I paid for time and convenience. We talked about what issues I was having, then they labeled my device and told me they would call when it's ready. In the end, they weren't able to fix my laptop, and informed my dad (who picked it up for me) I would need to take it to Apple for the assistance I need. They did refund my payment. Even though the issues with my laptop weren't resolved, the staff was honest and communicative.

I did try online Geek Squad who did a total scan but did not resolve the issue. I made an in person appointment and met Jacob who listened to my concerns, took meticulous notes and got to work backing everything up, just in case. Later in day, Chris stepped in and called me to be sure that I was aware they needed to factory reset but assured me the backup files would be restored. 48 hours later, I met again with Jacob who I feel went above and beyond timewise to get everything back on my laptop. Even had to deal with a 3rd party vendor chatting and eventually releasing a download. I so appreciated Chris and Jacob for their time and expertise. Thank you!

And, of course, it occurred on a Sunday afternoon. Knowing that the company handling my warranty would not be available for at least a few days, I searched out to companies that were available 24/7. Orlando Appliance Repair was one of those companies. Upon calling, the customer service rep put me in touch with their field-rep, Igor. I described the problem and he planned to show withing two hours or less ... on a Sunday afternoon! My refrigerator came back online and I contacted Igor to make him aware and cancel my appointment. He understood and just simply cancelled my appointment without fuss or cost. If a company can be this prompt and respective to new clients calling on a Sunday afternoon that they would end up not be getting business from that day, I can only believe that their actual work would be first-rate and I would not hesitate to connect with Orlando Appliance Repair for any related needs in the future.

He explained the problem and ordered a part. He scheduled an appointment to return the next day to complete the service call. The next day, he showed up on time and completed the repair. It's been a few days and the problem is fixed. I am not sure if the fee was reasonable. It's the first time I've had to repair an appliance in over 10 yrs. I am very satisfied with the results and the ease of the process.
