I originally thought it was psu so I replaced it but that didn't fix anything. Over time I was able to narrow it down to an issue with the gpu. I thought I was out of luck and needed to replace the whole thing which would've costed me probably around a thousand or more, but then I saw this business online and figured why not give it a shot. so I gave them a call and it was chris who was super quick to answer. He told me he will be open and to bring it in on Friday if I wanted and so I did. Originally when we had talked over the phone I had only mentioned the gpu needing work, So when I got there he wasn't quite expecting me to bring in the entire pc along with a list of other things I wanted done to it. But fortunately, he was super nice and told me he will handle it no problem! He had it done next day (Saturday) which I was super impressed and excited to hear figuring the paper I got upon drop off said he will start working on it by Monday. I was also pretty mind blown how cheap it was thinking before I went in that I was going to have to pay hundreds of dollars for the list of stuff I unexpectedly gave him but that just wasn't the case at all and the estimate he gave me stayed exactly the same. It was obvious he went through and double checked everything even giving me extra unneeded wire that was accidentally installed on the psu. I went home after that and booted the pc up and tested out a few games and what do you know, no more black screen or overheating both cpu and gpu were running cool. it was finally fixed after years! I definitely recommend him 1000000% to anyone needing help/work with their pc. You can tell he does it for the love of the game and not just money hungry. Took two phones there for service…read more Phone 1: iPhone screen locked with apparent Apple virus notification. Tech explained that phone was not infected but it was a phishing scheme for me to click the "Apple" link to remove virus - for a fee of course. I didn't take the bait. Tech took care of it over the counter in 30 seconds without charge. Phone 2: iPhone needed a new battery. Tech explained that reason for battery failure was the charging case. He showed us the damaged battery when we picked up the phone and explained how to properly use the charging case to avoid future battery damage. Both iPhones: wanted them to add VPN to both phones. He told us they don't provide that service, but gave us a trustworthy web site to find a what we wanted. Polite, knowledgeable and took time to fully explain every issue. 100% satisfied.
