Because I have misplaced my receipt they refuse to replace it under warranty. Little frustrated, set up an appointment to get an iPhone battery replaced got a confirmation from them via text to make sure I was coming. Had to move a lot of things around to get there and when I showed up, they said they couldn't help me. They were just too busy. But I understood more but they're rude about it.
