So I am not going to give them one start because they never did any work on my phone. However, the whole back of my new iPhone 16 is completely cracked. They said it was gonna be two $50-$270 and I was like that's ridiculous. Everyone should go to Phone physician. I went there for my Apple Watch, I hit a pole and deep paint scratches on the screen. I could not get it off! I thought that I had Zagg screen protector on it, When I got there there was not a zagg on my watch. They took in the back and was able to clean up the screen. I offered to pay, but there was no charge. They saved me from buying a new watch. read more

I got a quote from Joel thru Yelp to replace the glass for a iPhone 10xr $149 total. They did not honor that quote. They gave me a new customer add on fee of $26.74 for Asurion Home plus. I showed them the quote and they said no. I was very disappointed. Next time let the customer know and hidden fees. The Positive they replaced the phones glass very quick. I came to the store to replace a broken screen on my iPad. The screen was replaced, but during the replacement the power cord (cannot be charged) and the home bottom, which moves, were damaged. The seller tricked me into buying a "special offer" for new customers. He never mentioned it was a monthly fee of $25.00. He said it was a one time fee. Of course I deleted this transaction, but it took my time to call, wait and cancel. It's been a week and I can't wait to hear who and where will fix my Ipad. The Bradenton location took no responsibility at all for damaged equipment. I definitely do not recommend this company, especially this location. read more

I took my FULLY FUNCTIONING phone in today to get a new battery, as mine dies very quickly. They said 3-4 hours, ok, no problem. I showed up at the 4 hour mark, it's not ready, come back in an hour, ok, no problem. I came back at the 5.5 hour mark to pick up A COMPLETELY UNUSABLE phone. It wouldn't even power on! The answer I was given was, "unfortunately your phone had water damage and we tried to replace the battery, but it doesn't work now." WHAT????? It's never been wet, so I'm not sure how that happened. So here we are at 5:15 on a Saturday and I have no phone. Thanks guys. Great job, said no one ever. Who gets to buy a new phone? This girl, all for a new battery installation. Wow!!! read more

Great shop, local and a friendly staff. They reviewed my wife's iPhone 6 + and they were able to determine that the fix was just a cleaning of the speaker To my surprise it was ready in an hour. And more to my surprise they said NO CHARGE !!!! With all the COV 19 issues for small businesses they have been a godsend. Because who can be without communication in this day and age. The manager there is so rude. He will tell you one thing over the phone and another when you arrive. Samsung had to call him multiple times to verify the service but when I arrived he claimed to not have the part. Then when I asked for him to order it he said I would have to come in for the 3rd time to sign a work order. I explained I had already come in twice he then said well the parts are actually ordered everyday. He then started raising his voice and cursing at me. BEWARE OF BEING OVERCHARGED. I went there yesterday with a friend, who dropped off her phone to get a new battery. When she ordered the battery, the week before, she was given a printed receipt showing the price of the battery, plus the sales tax, minus the $25 deposit she gave them to order it, and the balance due of $39.10. When we went to pick up the phone, they told her the balance due was $60.00 -- and when we showed them the printed receipt that they gave her, they said that they had made an error. THEY WOULD NOT HONOR THE PRICE THEY GAVE HER THE WEEK BEFORE. They settled on a price of $50.00 which was still $10.90 more than they originally told her. Any reputable business would honor the price they gave the customer, regardless if it was a mistake or not -- as it was THEIR mistake. read more

Repair time took longer than it probably should've. I understand it took a while because parts had to be ordered but to be told that you have to hold my device overnight so the adhesive could set in for the screen and STILL have one side separated and clearly open is just terrible services. I don't recommend this place and I'm sure everyone else reading this can find a better shop to repair their devices. read more

Wish we could've listened to the guy walking out telling us not to come here, but we had already dropped off the phone. Screen was cracked on vacation and we took it in since they promised quick service and thought a screen replacement seemed easy enough. Got the phone back and it was dead and upon plugging it in the phone overheated and never came back on. They claim that it's not possible for them to have ruined replacing the screen. My cellphone screen cracked (minor crack) and this place was one of the choices through my phone's insurance plan where it could be repaired. I tried to drop it off the 1st day but they said they'd need several days to fix the screen since they were so backed up. I brought it back several days later, as they requested, dropped it off early in the morning and was told to come back 8 hrs later. When I showed up at the end of the day, I was told the screen was fixed but they couldn't release the phone to me because their computers were slow and the phone needed to pass some Samsung test before I could take it. I asked to get some flight info off my phone and then they could have it back, where they would keep it overnight. When they brought me my phone, the screen was not repaired at all and my battery level was down significantly. The guy said he must have mixed my phone up with someone else's and that they hadn't even gotten to it yet. I took my phone and left. When I got home, I called the insurance provider and they told me UBreakIFix entered info in their system that they HAD fixed the screen and the job was done. I got it worked out with another repair option, but I'm shocked this place stays in business with the way they lie to customers. I was not the only upset customer in their facility at that time, and now I know why. read more

This location replaced my glass on my iPad (for $160!) and I've had nothing but problems with my device since. I've taken it back in to have it fixed and the store manager refused to issue a refund for the defective part they installed. Terrible company. Terrible store manager. The owner of the franchise should be aware the manager treats customers so poorly. I will never be back, and I highly recommend you stay far away! I would give zero stars if I could. I will add I've also tried to get this repaired within the warranty window of 90 days and still a refusal for a refund for their shoddy part/breaking my iPad. read more

Took phone in for small cracked screen repair, as per my insurance option with my phone. Upon retrieving phone after my supposed phone repair, I walked to the side walk to make a call. Soon found out my phone would not do the basics of phone functionality of texting and calling. Walked right back into the store and had a myriad of blame options supplied to me. 1. Must be your cell service.... nope....had no issues with my cell service before in this area. 2. You must be on wifi calling... nope....I am never on wifi calling. 3. You must be on airplane mode..... nope. 4. Well sometimes when you drop your phone, you damage more than just the screen and you don't know it..... um.....my screen has been broke for several days and I was using text and phone calls up until the last second of dropping this off to be repaired. Essentially then was told that my Samsung phone goes through rigorous testing...can't be them. Really? Rigorous testing, and it fails to make or receive calls and texts? Gave up with listening to the excuses, took my phone to the provider store who ultimately confirmed that my phone was indeed further damaged by my screen repair....as my SIM card no longer could properly communicate to my phone's motherboard. Had to get a whole new phone, since even a brand new SIM card failed to connect. I understand there are risks for further damage when getting a repair for anything, but own up to it. read more
