    Electronic Laboratory has helped me twice over several years- once a 1978 vintage MCS receiver…read morerepair and most recently my Audio Technica turntable. They couldn't find a problem with it, so Jason, the owner brought the turntable to my house and set it up on my system so he could hear what I was hearing. While he was there, he also wired up the banana plugs I had purchased for my speaker wire because I didn't have the tiny screwdriver necessary. I mean- who does house calls in 2026? They did! There are a few technicians out there today who know how to work on vintage equipment. I highly recommend electronic laboratory for anybody who needs repairs not only to vintage equipment but to modern systems. They know what they're doing, are affordably priced and are a super friendly family business.

On this visit I've dropped off some unusual equipment from my photographic darkroom. But since 2013 I've been coming here to get vintage stereo equipment worked on. It looks like they have more workshop space in the new location... which is probably good since they do a big business in TV repairs. And TVs aren't getting any smaller! They are, as always, very busy. You'll drop off your equipment after checking it in for an evaluation. They have a price schedule for diagnostics, which is fair. It will probably take a couple to a few days to get an estimate or evaluation. In my experience they always stick to their estimated timeframe for repairs. They do great work here!!!

    Warning SEXIST RACIST MAN…read more... They lied to me in my own home, saying that they would report to LG that my TV had no fix. I got sick with COVID a few days later I don't leave my house and haven't had any visitors because of the new COVID strain since I suffer from sever asthma yet got sick with COVID after this technicians visit. I had no energy or strength to get out of bed. When I did feel better I called LG I needed a working TV SINCE I can't any longer visit the cinema, And during my recovery I noticed how important it was to have a working tv that's didn't feel like it was going to cause me a Seizure. They said I had to deal with them again because they notated my LG tv was fixed, a lie this person put in his notes because in my home he said he would notate that this issue was not fixable not

    After having a good experience getting my TV fixed by this company under warranty earlier this…read moreyear. I started having problems with my TV again and called them to get my TV serviced. It was determined that a tech would need to come home and diagnose the problem for a charge. I agreed and proceeded to schedule a tech visit. After waiting for the tech to show up at the time agreed, the tech called me to let me know he got tied up and asked if we could reschedule for the next day. We did, and tech confirmed that he would be here between 10 and 12 PM. I proceeded to move around my schedule to make sure I would be home for the tech's visit, around 10 AM I reached out to the tech to confirm he was on his way and he texted me that he would not be able to make it until after 3 PM. Not what we had agreed on. I communicated to him that I made arrangements to make sure I would be here at the time agreed and he never responded. I called the main office and they told me to expect a call from the tech, The tech never called me or responded to my call. At 3:30 PM, I call the main office and tried to get an explanation of what happened but I was just told that they were going to reach to the tech again. I just cancelled the request. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service.
