I had purchased multiple expensive batteries from these guys. I just replaced the battery in my gen, a crossover from original by THEIR employee. The battery barely started my gen the first time, then failed completely. THEIR load test said it was bad, manager refused to warrantee it 3 weeks after purchase. He said it wasn't getting charged in my gen...BS, the other batteries I try in it charge great, AND START THE GEN.Manager (Kevin) refused to warranty it. It wouldn't even show ten percent charge so I was told they wouldn't allow anything toward a new one because the cause was neglect on my part for not keeping it on a battery tender. These guys are awesome! First of all I've had a charging port and a speaker replaced on an iPhone once before and also bought flashlights for nighttime delivering as a FedEx driver. My iPhone won't charge with a cord, asked about a new port when it was suggested I bring my phone in to see if it just needs a cleaning in the port. That's all it was. They cleaned it out, tested it, no charge and even gave me the tool they used! These guys are the best! Thank you! read more

I'm super disappointed with my Batteries Plus experience. I live 90 miles away, so while in CDA for the day, I stopped by to have a new battery put in my aging Samsung Galaxy 8+. The staff was friendly and the job was completed in a reasonable amount of time. I headed home, 90 miles away, and realized my screen was now cracked. It was very minimal and not too noticeable, so I debated complaining to the store. After all, I can't just drop by after work. Now that I've had the battery for a few days, I just don't think that it's any better than my old one. I'm still continuously attached to a charger. So between them cracking my screen and giving me a terrible battery - I wouldn't reccomend this franchise to anyone. read more

Spent 200 dollars in here and the dorky ass manager wouldn't let me use the bathroom to pee. Fuck that guy. He said go next door to Taco Loco they have a bathroom you can use. So I did, and the manager at taco loco said the guy does that all the time. Super disrespectful to the customer and to taco loco. I recently dropped my cell phone and shattered the screen. It's a newer model and I'd just finished paying it off. So needless to say, I wasn't a happy camper. I called We Fix It Phone repair and asked if they could fix it. They said they could, so I scheduled an appointment. I have to admit, I was worried that when I got my phone back it would not be as good as it was. It turns out that my concerns was not necessary. When I picked up my phone, it was actually better than before. The screen was perfect and the sensitivity had actually increased. It was like getting a new phone! Last March I took my cell phone in for the replacement of the shattered screen. Its an hour drive and the repair took about 3 hours. After using my phone for a few days I realized my stylus did not work in the middle of the screen. It took me nearly 5 months before I was back in the area so I took the phone in and asked them to repair the phone. They took the phone and told me it would be an hour and a half or so to repair it. I came back 2 hour later and they asked me if I'd received the message they left for me. No, you have my phone I said!! They didn't have a black screen only a white one. I just need my phone repaired please. Took another 1.5 hours. The next day I noticed the button and sensor not working properly. Took me awhile to get back and they tried to repair it. Fast forward another several months my screen is falling off and my screen is starting to flicker. I take it back in to see if they will repair the phone. They state the store policy is 6 month warranty from the date of the original repair. So, they can provide less than desirable workmanship and crummy replacement parts as long as they get your money up front and the warranty has expired your out of luck. Sad to see a small business not understand backing there work or the products they sell. From my experience I would recommend looking elsewhere and not support this business. read more

I went in to get a battery replaced in my car key. When I left my car wouldn't start. I went back in and the extremely rude manager refused to fix his mistake. I had to call a locksmith, who told me that the battery place had to of lost my computer chip. So I went back in and they finally found my chip and put it back in after i threatened to sue them. This place is extremely unprofessional & RUDE AF. They'll never get my business again. read more

Do NOT get your phone repaired here! I had them replace the screen on my son's iPhone 6. Two hours after picking it up the phone died completely. I took it back the next day and was told the logic board was damaged due to the frame being bent. I took it to an actual professional and was told they had put a long screw where a short screw was supposed to go and the motherboard was damaged. This is a common mistake made by phone owners (not professionals) called "long screw damage". I called and explained the error they had made and asked for a refund. I spoke to three employees, including the manager Tonya, and all they did was deny it was their fault. They even tried blaming my son and the other store. At no time did anyone even apologize. Ultimately, all I was given was a 50% refund on the $128 I paid to have the screen replaced. In the end, I paid them a net $64 to destroy an iPhone. Avoid this place at all costs! read more

Kevin K. I took a Duracell auto battery that I had purchased from Batteries Plus Bulbs to your store in Hayden, ID. When I first visited the store a young man told me that it would take 2 hours to charge the battery and check it. So I left it with him and returned 3 hours later. That is when I encountered Tanya (the store manager). She told me that it takes longer and that the battery needed to be charged a second time and then checked again. It would be another 3-6 hours before a decision could be made and this was company policy. I come from a automobile background and I know this is not true. Dead is Dead! It took 5 trips to the store and not once did anyone call me to let me know what was the out come of the second test. Finally she said the battery was dead and there was no replacement in stock. She said there would be a delivery later that day sometime before five. Call you then. We never got a call and finally drove back again to pick up a new battery. Tanya's attitude with me was sarcastic and rude each time I spoke with her and her knowledge of batteries lacking substance. I can't believe the company allows this to continue. do not shop here. they are liars. i asked them to put a phone battery in my iphone. they told me that apple did not make a battery but they had batteries that would fit. i had error messages on my phone for the past two weeks, face id stopped working. i went back this morning and was told they could not give me a refund because it has been over two weeks. i went to another phone store. they installed the correct battery with no problem when i got back home i looked and today is actually two weeks but i had already filed a dispute with my bank. i don't know why stores are so stupid to not treat customers properly. read more

I had Batteries Plus repair my broken iPhone screen in Sept. they were very prompt and helpful. I then took it back in today because the screen felt like it was separating from the phone. The manager took care of it immediately. They replaced the entire screen right on the spot at no charge. I had my phone back within an hour. I would recommend Batteries Plus. read more

I made an appointment online to have my phone screen fixed. When making the appointment there were 2 options for my phone, pixel or pixel xl. I selected pixel, the price was $129 drove an hour and a half to the appointment dropped my phone off and was told to come back in 2 hours. Came back and was told my phone was actually a pixel 2 (which it's not, it's a 3) and they didn't have that screen, but sent a guy to the valley to pick it up. I thought it was strange but came back in the hour to be informed it was in fact a pixel 3 and they had the screen overnighted so it would be a couple more days with thanksgiving being the next day. Frustrated that I had wasted all this time a lady told me that they would ship my phone to me and at this point would talk to the manager about not charging me at all because of all the hassle so I left my phone there. Called 2 days later to be told the screen didn't come, called the next day and was told that it was actually not overnighted but should be there that day, and my phone would be done Tuesday at the latest, which would have made it 6 days to get it fixed. I then asked how much it was going to cost me and was told $269! I asked to speak with the manager and was told they had already talked to the manager about this situation. I told them not to fix it and called N8's tech service, who sent someone to get my phone, fixed it within a few hours and charged me $165! I came in here the other day and the guy barley looked at my phone and said he would not fix it I took it to Icracked in Spokane and the guy fixed it for only 100$ and it works great and looks brand new. I was visiting my hometown (an hour from Coeur d'Alene) briefly for a holiday weekend and destroyed (glass shards fell out and phone was unusable) my iPhone screen on a Sunday. The closest repair shop open on a Sunday was Batteries Plus Bulbs in Coeur d'Alene, so I made an appointment online and received confirmation by e-mail of my appointment time (1600). I drove all the way to Coeur d'Alene only to be told that the online appointment system "makes appointments without the consent of the individual store" and they would not help me. They did apologize for not calling me to alert me of this since they had a contact number, but still refused to repair my screen since they were "backed up." So that was a wasted 2 hours of driving. Bottom line: Don't make an appointment online and expect it to mean anything - call for availability before making a drive. read more
