Been with AT&T for more than 25 years. Time to switch to T-Mobile where they actually have legit plans for 55+ at a far better rate than $185 a month for two lines & two watches. BYE AT&T! Finally, about 20-30 minutes later this same employee appeared to "snap out of it" and finally came over to assist me after I'd been sitting at the Genius Bar for 45 minutes. There was no one else being assisted at the bar and the store was not that busy. Not impressed with the support in this store. However, they did do an excellent job with the necessary repairs I went in to get fixed.

After a frustrating rant at the two, I was directed to the "Genius Bar" at the Apple Store in River Park Square. Well, thank GOD they did! I was impressed the moment I walked in. I was greeted, my appointment was in the system along with the long case log. They directed me to "Karen" who immediately was able to unlock and wipe the new phone to its factory settings. After some skillful diagnostics, she was able to determine the problem was in the restoration sequence from the old phone. From there she was able to revive the new phone and get it to working status. Yes, I would have to reinstall my apps again, but I don't care. They said they would order a "backup" phone in case this one dies again. But, I think it's going to be fine. Thanks to the team at the Genius Bar - especially Karen, who was patient, efficient and personable. My thanks, also, to the store manager (sorry, I didn't get his name) for his understanding and compassion. The store is bright and lively with plenty of helpful, knowledgeable staff moving about taking care of whoever walks in. If you ever have a need for service on any of your Apple devices, or you're looking for top drawer products and service, this is the place to go.

We requested account cancellation with her and she assured it was being cancelled. Few days later we received a friggin auto request bill again from the company. Cell phone companies are a scam. I called T-Mobile service and was connected to a foriegn country, typical sweat shop type organizion. They said they can't cancel account because not allowed to. Really? BS. I called the store back located on 105E Mision Ave. SPokane WA Suite B and spoke to a unexperienced employee who passed the phone to the manager. This manager says they can't cancel the account because they are not allowed to cancel them now, Really? BS again. They make accounts, so they can cancel them. He said to call the main offices and ask for the, get this..."Team of Experts". This is just a crock of more BS. This company is just as scammy as Xfinity, Verizon, and the other cell service companies. I don't recommend this cell company at all because of lack of employee experience and simple access to account discontinuing. We will go to bank and shut this down since that will keep their thieving hands off charging account illegaly. If they charged with knowledge, it becomes fraud. Cell service should not be this difficult to cancel , even after going there and being told it was cancelled. Employee training must be a 30 second video in a foriegn language I guess. They are charging $70 a month for a no longer, non-existant cell phone. Ya, straight up crooks. If I could give less stars I would, I say, "beware people". They are not in service to service you. They are application creators that take personal information and money, but don't have authority to cancel an account. Liars.

The one on my wife's computer went out, and I needed a new one. Unfortunately, they didn't have it. A few days ago, I went in looking for a battery backup for a different computer. They had one in the store, but only one model, and not the one I was looking for. I mean, if you need an ethernet cable or something common like that, you're good to go here. Was sold a defective standing desk; told to call product support to obtain the correct parts…read more Spent 40 minutes on the phone, parts no longer made, and my credit card payment couldn't be refunded because someone had "deleted the transaction" out of the system. Returned the desk to the store, was told since the order had been cancelled a refund had probably already occurred and to check my statement. I drove home and did so--no refund. I took photos of the statement and returned to the store; clerk wanted a printed statement. She called the manager, who said to do a refund "without receipt," so the money finally went back on my card. The manager said, in a couple of weeks, if a second refund appeared on the card, to "let us know. You know, be that person," implying that I might be dishonest. Given all that had happened, I found that attitude offensive--I fully intended to notify them if a refund appeared. In short, this store sells defective products, expects the customer to do all the legwork to set the situation right, and is rude in addition. I won't shop here again and suggest others don't either.
