That works for me. There were two men there and they helped me out quickly by knowing exactly where the batteries were. Both of them were pleasant and professional. I will stop in again when I need to do so.

Was driving by and remembered I needed batteries for my key fob. The fob is printed with the…read morereplacement battery type on the back, so I walked in and told the counter guy exactly what I wanted. He took the fob from me, and I thought he was just going to replace them as part of customer service, like when NAPA replaces your wiper blades. I'm not an idiot - I can replace coin batteries myself - this fob doesn't even need a mini screwdriver or a torx - you use a coin to snap it open, Nope - they charged me $9.99 to replace them, without my asking, for about 3 minutes work. The prices aren't any cheaper than WalMart across the street. I'm all about supporting the small business, but not when they jam me up. $38 for 4 coin batteries and two 9-volts? Next time I will get replacements from Amazon.

Walgreens, Walmart and a few others don't have conversion charts as I couldn't find the battery number on mine. He greeted me and asked what I needed. It took him a brief second after looking at it and told me what I needed and showed me in the store where to get them. Single, double and 4 packs. For the slight increase I went with the 4 pack.

Nonetheless they processed my exchange for a new one however when I expressed that I wanted to pay the difference for an upgrade to an agm they told me it was too late and that there was nothing they could do. I work in the automotive world and know that there is a solution for every problem. I ended up driving the extra 40 min round trip to fond du lac where I was in and out with my problem solved In less than 5min where I was met with a smile and was treated extremely well! I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, but 10 days after it came in, 12 days after it was ordered I call and they tell me it's in. I have ordered parts from AutoZone plenty of times in prior so when Jacob told me I should've received a text about delivery I was shocked, Especially since When I ordered the parts, I asked if I would be called and he said yes. Even if the circumstances are that parts that are ordered in will keep you posted on their status over text, I think a good store manager is smart enough to recognize when a part has been sitting on a shelf for almost 2 weeks. On top of that, I think a good store manager would be proactive about taking blame for Miscommunication or lacking communication from change. Another example of common sense, not being so common.
