So in this case $360 which is exactly what Apple offered in trade, before I broke it. The guy was very confident about fixing the iPad when I called on the phone, but once they get you in the shop the smoke and mirrors starts. When he says that the repair cost is "market price" and he had to look it up, that is a scam. These guys are fast talking scammers who might as well be selling used cars, and if their parking lot was bigger they might be doing so. This place of business is really hard to find, so consider yourself lucky if you don't find it.

First off I'm a bit older so finding a shop who is good enough to handle my tech and me is always great. I was sold a Samsung S23 Ultra from the verizon store a few months back and since it's all glass inevitably it will break. Fast forward to a few days ago, the phone slipped out of my hands and hit the pavement and cracked the big front screen and was flashing white lines at me. I looked up where to get a phone fixed and the young lad answered and told me they could have it done same day. I got into my car and left my phone with them within 2 hours the phone was fixed and looked like new. The newer models cost a bit to fix but is well worth supporting local business. Further hemming & hawing prompted my question if her shift was over and she was trying to get out of work. "No im trying to get some water." Im being pushed off so an employee can get water. I dont understand the employee dynamic in that department but it was just sad. Left with one laminated placemat. May or may not be done in the correct product. Second placemat ruined in lamination. No charge. No help. No solution. Honestly isn't lamination the easiest thing done in that department? I dont understand how this employee is employed.
