Don't know how long this store has been in operation but by the looks of it it can't be too long. I will state location is good, nestled in the industrial area of Lebanon NH and easily accessible from two exits on I-89. Parking right in front of the store. Service-wise it was one of the better experiences I've had at and Lumber Liquidators. The staff here was helpful, knowledgeable, and eager to please. Good customer service. Then there was the store. It is perhaps one of the smallest Lumber Liquidators I've seen. With such small footprint, the showroom contains limited samples of each type of flooring available. I didn't see any installation tools like the ones from which we purchased merchandise and flooring in Pennsylvania. And perhaps the wrong time of the year, but their prices were definitely not liquidator prices. Great staff, good location, needs a little work in the merchandise department. Should that be solved, it would be a great place to shop for flooring and moulding materials. read more

I was open minded and wanted this to work but it was a bad experience. Facts: after I paid in full we waited weeks after our floor supplies came. Then some chaps that didn't speak English arrived and they didn't know how to unattach our toilet (so they could do our bathroom floor) . My wife got a wrench and unattached the toilet. And they forgot a piece called a transition so its not done. The work was well done and no complaints there. The worst was the store manager who replied to my first few emails to "close the deal" stopped replying to my latter emails asking "what was going on". read more

Fabulous experience from start to finish! Great selection. They were happy to let me purchase during a sale and then held my flooring until I needed it! Product was excellent. I choose oak hardwood and it went down seamlessly. Had extra flooring when job was done and they let me return it without a penalty and happily returned my money. It doesn't get any better than that! Worst purchase ever. Just spent $4k on new Morningstar XD Bamboo floors and within 2 wks they are scratched everywhere and dont sit flat on the floor. The guy who sold it told me to just click and float the floors on the padding but another told us no padding and should have been glued. I cant believe how easily this scratches. It looks terrible. I am so upset that they sold this to me and now they claim it already discontinued! read more

A weird exchange that left me disheartened. My contractor whom I trust completely swears by their products and buys materials there. So we went there and everyone seemed very nice. We asked for an estimate for the installation and for the flooring we would have to install. A nice gentleman came out and measured the house and sent us a "sales quotation" for the installation. It was $X. Attached to that was a spreadsheet that seemed to be measurements and details of the techniques of installation. Then, with those measurements in hand, we went to LL for a costing for the materials. We were told it was $Y, based on our square footage, but "we can't get the machine to print" and so I wrote down in my notebook their charges. My wife has been uncertain which of two floor materials she wanted, so when LL called today offering two coupons "that must be used today" it seemed like an occasion to make up our minds and quit dithering. When we went to set it up, "my district manager hasn't gotten back to me on the coupons, but they'll go through for sure. But in the meantime please pay %50 of the UN-discounted fee, and the difference will be refunded." Oh, and (long story short) there were $2750 in previously undisclosed costs--delivery, specific materials, underlayment, glue and so on. None of these necessarily outrageous but they hadn't been disclosed and we thought they were included in the two estimates we'd been given. So that, plus the "my manager hasn't approved the fee but he will, but in the meantime pay the undiscounted price" made me feel that I was in a somewhat sleazy used car dealer's. "Oh, you want TIRES with that. Well, those are extra." Perhaps a more experienced buyer of flooring would have expected that those extra costs would be levied outside of the estimates. Maybe. But the old "pay full freight and we'll get back to you about the discount," struck me as dubious. And as a final "tah-dah" when I repeatedly raised these issues, the salesperson just hung up the phone. I'm not saying "don't buy flooring from LL," I'm just saying, buyer be alert, insist that estimates disclose ALL costs etc.. FWIW. read more
