This store has been my "go to" place for batteries and bulbs, the prices are competitive, the staff is knowledgeable and helpful, I took my grandson's Apple phone in to have the glass face removed and replaced, the accident had broken the screen protector and severely cracked the glass face o the phone. They did a perfect job on the repair and considering the cost if a new "I" phone, the $147 I spent on it was nothing , so if you need a phone repaired, or pretty much any battery or bulb, I highly recommend them, they also offer a military discount, and as always keep your dollars local in Midwest City ! read more

Took it back & they looked at who "changed out" the battery & said " Oh, we see who it was, that's the problem she didnt replace it." They replaced it immediately & has been fine. I scoured the internet for 8volt golf cart batteries. I was told they only sell them in packs of six by every business I contacted. Batteries plus bulbs sells them individually and had plenty in stock. This was after an Interstate batteries in OKC employee told me they didn't have any and there was a nation wide shortage. read more

STAY AWAY! Read the google reviews, they are accurate. I tried to have a phone repaired and they kept replacing parts until they decided they couldn't fix it. We are still fighting to get a refund and I see no way we are going to get the phone back the way we dropped it off. We have been offered the board and the back of the phone. Apparently they threw the rest of the phone in the trash. read more

I like Batteries Plus. They have always had the batteries that I've needed. I had an especially hard battery to find for my Jeep and need some deep crank capacity. They had it in stock and they installed it on the premises to boot. Their customer service has always been friendly. read more

I would never recommend Batteries Plus. They are incompetent. I brought them a working iPad with a cracked screen and they returned a broken iPad with a complete screen. I paid $100 for this, they refused to refund my money and I'm out the money for the iPad. There are many places that will fix an iPad, do not use this place. read more

I had called to inquire about a charge port repair on my son's iPhone 6, I looked online and was in disbelieve that the repair would cost $70 even with the $10 off for scheduling an appointment I felt that was severely overpriced for what seemed like an easy job. I attempted to get a better price over the phone but an employee who greeted himself as Kasey explained to me the complexity in removing most of the internals of the phone in order to physically access the port to change it. I mentioned that it sometimes charges and sometimes doesn't and he said that charge ports usually work or don't work. He invited me down to inspect it. Turns out the port was jammed up with pocket lint and other fuzz, a few minutes with tweezers and the phone was charging again! It would be unfair to give this 4 stars due to the pricing since I was given such great service, at no charge to boot. I will be back for future business. read more
