Jumptronics came to my rescue again today and I am so thankful for their services. I had to replace a swollen battery about 2 weeks ago and then today my phone somehow got wet. I scoured my desk and went around my house to see where I could have possibly picked up moisture and couldn't find anything. I called the store and told them my battery was "leaking". Upon arrival I was greeted immediately and they went to work and opened my phone to show me the inner workings. To my surprise the inside was completely dry. They were so kind about explaining that the water had to come from an outside source. Unfortunately I may never know what that was (lol) but my phone is charging and working beautifully. DO NOT GO TO YUKON LOCATION Lucky they get one star. Yukon location is absolute garbage of place. Went in for cracked screen on iPhone they replaced it in an hour then when I got home I noticed the issue with colors. Brought back in and they said since they repaired it the iPhone True Tone sometimes doesn't come back. Then a month and a half after that I brought it back in because the top of the screen was coming off. The guy said it was because I dropped it and that's how then quoted me 2 1/2 hours for them to determine if it was under warranty. read more

I went in for a cracked screen and left with a watch that doesn't work anymore. Halfway through then fixing my screen they called me saying the battery needed to be replaced on the screen? It didn't make sense but they had already taken apart my watch so I felt like I had to say yes.... now my watch doesn't even work anymore and can't pair with my phone anymore. The screen also slides off of the watch as shown in the pictures... my watch was working perfectly fine before I took it in to get fixed and updated: now my screen has FALLEN OFF. Don't even bother! This place was worthless!! I went in with a video virus thru Messenger. He states that he never uses Facebook and that he's sure I'm OK with the messenger virus on my phone. I highly don't recommend. Took my phone in to just get screen fixed I got my screen fixed but the worker also telling me my phone's service was messed up but talked on my phone right after. After realizing that my phone wouldn't charge took it back and they tell me there is nothing they can do about when they are the reason my charging port didn't work. When my phone was charging when it was broke. Also told me they would refund me 100 for my screen and still have not gotten my refund. I do not recommend this place!!!!!!!! read more

I went here about 6 months ago to get my screen fixed. After that my phone started having issues. I took it back because my camera stopped working and i had to take it back 3 more times. It was their fault my phone was messed up now but they were always nice until one of the last times i went there the man who took my phone back gave me a ton of attitude about them breaking my phone. I broke my screen 2 months ago they fixed it once then it stoped working immediately after I got it. So we brought it to them again and they "fixed it" again but now I have to turn my phone all the way off 2 times a day just so it will somewhat work. There customer service was alright but they never apologized for there mistakes and they made it seem like it was my fault for it not working. I contacted apple and they said that the third party screen that they had used on my phone was damaging it. I ended up having to get a whole new phone because my last one was unusable. my husbands cell phone charger broke off in his new I phone 11. we first went to At&T they gave us cards for 2 places to take his cell phone to. we went to jumptronic in edmond took 30seconds and they removed the part of the charger stuck in the cell phone. great service. would definitely go back if we had any other issue in the future. read more

The Mustang location: DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. Two phones have had the same chip malfunction that were purchased here. When we took the second phone we bought there back he told us it was a chip that needed to be repaired and it's super rare that it happens. Obviously it's not since we're 2 for 2. They sent it to be repaired and sent us home with a loner phone that will not stay charged and we were told 7-10 business days (okay fair). 10 days later I call since I've heard nothing and was told that they have no info on it but will call a manager and get back with me. Fast forward another week and they never got back with me, and they couldn't find our account (lol great). After 20 min on the phone he finally finds it and says he will have to call the manager to see where it's at (again). Finally get a call the next day saying it's in. The lack of communication and knowledge of what is going on was ridiculous. Would not recommend them to anyone. Do. Not. Waste. Your. Time. If I could leave negative stars I would. read more

I brought in 2 damaged phones. One was water damages and another repair place said that it was not worth fixing. The guy at Jumptronics fixed it for free. After a three and a half week battle to get my phone fixed, I'd say 2 stars is really quite generous. When I originally paid the $115 deposit to order a new lens for my phone I was told that it would take 2-5 days to get it in then I could bring the phone by and have it fixed in a few hours. Well, 7 days later I still hadn't gotten a call that it was in so I called. I was told the part was out of stock and that I could get a different brand in a "slightly different color". I'm not sure why anyone would pay $165 to fix a $700 phone and choose this option. I was annoyed to even be offered such a thing. There was another mishap with the wrong lens being ordered. At this point I was told that I'd be receiving a 10% discount. Finally I was told they had the correct one so I dropped my phone off for the day just to come back and be told that it was once again the wrong part. The part was then ordered again so I dropped my phone off once more just to receive a call on my husband's phone to be told that while replacing the lens the screen was broken and now not usable. So now I would be given a loaner phone and they would once again order the part which would take 3-5 days. So at the time it was FINALLY done (3 and a half weeks later) we were told that the lowest they would discount the service was the 10% that I was told previously, but they'd throw in a screen protector (gee, thanks). They were apologetic about it by the end, but none of the process was handled with much professionalism in my opinion. At one point I was told by an employee "Oh I don't know, I'm just hourly." Yikes. I had high hopes for this business as it's advertised as being owner by a local firefighter, but I was definitely let down. I gave 2 stars since they are locally owned and their prices are fair and I understand mistakes happen. I just wish the process would've been handled better. read more
