What a PHENOMENAL STANDARD of CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I needed my license plate frame replaced. Stopped by and the customer service rep who helped me was personable and spent more than 15 minutes helping me change my frame. In spite of it being evident I have the ability to change the frame myself, the gentleman respectfully insisted on providing support. The part prices are moderate as compared to the other stores around, but the location is safe and is always clean. The customer service is always good as well. After my car not starting at first, I took it to O Reilly to check the battery. The battery was bad, but the guy working at O Reilly said he wanted to check if it was under warranty with AutoZone before selling me a new one. The O Reilly employee called AutoZone on my behalf, found out it was under a prorated warranty, and told me who to talk to when I got to AutoZone. He also came back out to my car to make sure it would start again. This employee went above and beyond to give me a great experience and ensure my safety, even though he didn't get the sale. The remainder of my family's business will be at this exact O Reilly store because of how cheerful and helpful this man is. I am so impressed! read more

I like this auto store. I typically never buy anything from here unless it's something I specifically need or its a maintenance product that's on sale. Mainly because their prices are higher then walmart. Anddd I cheap. But if you need something and really don't even know how to ask or even explain what you need, they are friendly about trying to figure out what exactly it is your needing. They have never failed me. Lol I usually take in burned out bulbs in hand and say I need this. Or buy coolant premixed Lol because I'm a girl!!!! Good service good location good sales. read more

Visited OAP on Broadway for parts to change the oil on my 2013 Highlander; oil, filter, filter wrench (SST) and drain pan. Justin & his manager advised that a wrench or SST (special service tool) was not required to remove the oil filter. Not only were they incorrect, BUT the technicians could not locate a SST for a Highlander in their parts catalog. Furthermore, the pan I bought, detailed as a seven-quart pan, barely holds five quarts AND the drain spout is so broad, and the construction so flimsy, that it is nearly impossible to drain the used oil into a container for recycling. One star for poor technician/manager advice. ps. I visited another OAP store and shared my complaint with the manager who explained that the Broadway location is primarily for paint and exterior products, not lubricants. Despite this-the Broadway location techs COULD have told me that the other location (1 mile up the road) has oil filter wrenches in stock........ read more

I have been here twice in 2 weeks. First to get a part for oil valve socket which they had and then to get carpet mats for my truck. The mats costs 14.99 on the shelf and when he rang them up they were $30. I told they were listed as 14.99 and he honored that price which was awesome! They didn't have a car stick I wanted but they are knowledgable staff. read more
