I looked on line to see where I could take four small fluorescent bulbs to be recycled and this store popped up. I took them in and, although they accepted them this time because I didn't know, they told me the usual charge is $.25 per battery and another charge per foot for tubes. I found this unusual since they sell these things. I shall find another place to take them in the future but wouldn't be surprised if others decide to put them in the trash and have mercury fouling our landfills. I have had a great experience here. They have a lot of knowledge and you know you're are getting fresh batteries not ones that are on the shelf forever or exposed to heat who knows! The staff is also super friendly prices seem in line but the owner experience and knowledge made it the only place I'll go for my battery needs in the future.... First of all, I'm so glad that a store like this exists. They sell batteries, from tiny ones to car batteries to big ones, to light bulbs of all kinds, and awesome flashlights and useful accessories. I have been meaning to write this review since August when my friend and I revisited this location to buy more bulbs to amplify light in her home. When we left and were parked in a handicap spot, the battery on her Lexus had died. Who knew our Battery Angels were right there. My friend walked into the store, as it was 114" out to cool off and wait for AAA that we were able to solve the problem right there. They had the Battery she needed, the staff provided installing it and we were fixed and driving away within 10 minutes. It is always a pleasure to support locally owned businesses but in this case it was a GREAT experience and did not require any down time. My Wife is having a horrible experience so I am reviewing this store for her. She had this store replace the battery in our iPhone 6 the first battery would not hold a charge overnight. Then she returned for a second battery. This was within 2 months, both not working properly. The second technician blamed apple like it was a conspiracy to make us purchase a new phone. I've been having trouble finding a bulb for my Hampton Bay table lamp, and it had prongs. I had been looking everywhere for at least a year then finally found this little store that had everything you could need for bulbs. I was able to locate a different business that was able to perform the needed battery replacement without an appointment within 15 minutes at the same price. I was told by the technician who replaced the battery that I was lucky. The battery was so big that it had split my phone into two pieces and that it would have likely exploded in my hands or near my face. Definitely not what I wanted for Christmas. they were referred to me by the Verizon store as the battery on my Samsung Galaxy S7 needed to be replaced. Horrible experience. Went in with a working pen flashlight that was dim and asked for a change in the battery. Worker with abysmal personality and customer service skills stated he could change the battery and fix the issue. He changed the battery causing it to break altogether. No apology and just an attitude of "Well, I don't know what to tell you". I suggested maybe fixing the issue by giving us a super cheap chain flashlight ($1.50)? because we had come in with a working product and left with a non working product. His attitude was a sarcastic "no" but then offered us store credit which is really strange because it probably would be the same thing. Anyway we refused because why would we want to go back when they are incapable of even replacing a battery on a pen light? I noticed they also fix phones.......can't imagine trusting my cell phone with inexperienced kids who can't even change a battery on a pen without breaking it and never even apologize. Then a friend mentioned this place...parking is 20 feet from the door, the store is bright, clean, welcoming, and manned by two of the nicest and most eager to assist young men you could ever hope for. You're met with a smile from Kyle or Garret, they explain the procedure in easy to understand terms and next day when I went back to pick up my iPad, it was ready, and working like new, and the price was less than I had expected ....I love it when a business lives up to its reputation and this store and its staff certainly do...they also sell every type of battery known to mankind and offer service beyond compare. Oops! Went there this am at 10. Store was locked. A guy in the parking lot came up to me to explain that he was new and opening for the first time...no one gave him a key to the front door! That's a pretty big over-site. Poor guy. Next person due was 11. If I read the hours correctly they should have been open hours earlier. Management may not be the best at this location. I've used other locations and have been very satisfied. I'll go to my local store. They're pretty reliable. Not a good experience at this location. read more

Was told that battery replacement would take 1 & 1/2 hours. When I arrived to drop off iPad the repair time was changed to 6 hours and after 8 hours still will not bedone. Then told to wait another day the reason being "they were slammed with other repairs". Suggest you try more reliable supplier.
