This location is awesome! I live very close to the Montgomeryville location and like the owners there but they aren't offering the services this location offers. This location offers watch batteries and installation while the other location doesn't? I was also able to purchase a temperature gun that the other location didn't carry in inventory. I am just happy that I found this location and it isn't an issue driving a few more miles , I have a lot of watches! read more

They say if you have nothing good to say about someone, do not say anything at all. However, when writing reviews, the intention is to inform future customers who may be on the fence with this particular business prior facts in order to make a decision to complete a purchase. Batteries plus in Montgomeryville and Warminster is owned/ operated by the same person named Larry. I had to meet with him eventually given that I was sold a defective battery, which is not his fault. However, I purchased the battery from the Montgomeryville store, and returned it to the Warminster store for a replacement since the car battery was defective. My interaction with Larry and his staff was underwhelming at best, with no accountability to a defective product. Their feeling is that the car battery was damage and became damage/ defective due to a bad alternator in my vehicle. Larry and his staff tested my alternator and found that it is working at an optimal level. I've also had it checked by my manufactured dealer which they found no issue with my vehicle. Feeling abused, I called the Batteries Plus home office to speak to upper management about my plight with NO RESPONSE from the company at all, which over a month has passed since I initially placed the call. With that, I caution anyone purchasing anything from these two locations, and Batteries Plus in general. These two locations, and the company as a whole will not value, in my opinion, anyone business. Buyer Beware!!!! read more

Needed a battery for the car. I was coming quite the distance and requested they TEST the batteries of which they only had 2 in stock. After 45 minutes I had a confirmation that the batteries checked out A.O.K. Drove 20 minutes to get there and when I tested with my very expensive battery tester they failed horribly. They tested again with 'their' tester and it ALSO showed that it failed. BOTH batteries FAILED TESTING. Totally wasted my fuel and time at this location. My advise, don't waste your time. read more

I went to batteries + bulbs because my car battery had died. I called up first thing in the morning and was pleased to hear they had the battery I needed in stock. I got a jump from work to get there, then was greeted by a friendly staff member who had the battery already put aside and immediately was able to get going on installing the new battery for me. (I would be helpless on trying to do this myself). I ended up looking around and found some accessories and inexpensive, useful, Christmas gifts. The owner was in the showroom and helped me find some lighting items I needed. My car was already done as I was checking out. Overall the pricing was very competitive, selection was great, staff was personable & knowledgable, and it's always nice to avoid big box stores that suck the time and life out of your day! Excellent. I have used them twice. Once for a car battery and once to reprogram a smart key for my car. They had the battery in stock and installed it for free. Since the car is a hybrid the battery is located behind the rear quarter panel. It would have taken me three hours (if I could have done it all) to install it. In the second instance I brought in a smart key that I bought on EBAY. Anthony programmed it and the total cost was a fraction of what the dealer would have charged. The prices are good, but the actual finished product is horrible. My phone unlocks constantly since they changed my screen. I'm butt-dialing people all the time. Also, there is a strange delay when typing that was never there before. The kid who fixed my phone seemed like he couldn't care less about the quality of his work, so I can't say I'm surprised. read more

I did not have good experience here at all I took an old phone in for a new battery they put a battery in but the phone did still did not work -- they said it was the charge port and they could not fix that. thinking it was the charge port I had it taken to another shop where it turns out it was the battery and now the phone is working fine . I went back with in seven days to return the old battery back to the store where they would not give me a refund. The manager is looking over the situation going to test the battery and maybe get back to me by Monday which I would update my yelp review but for now I'm very frustrated because they cannot issue a refund which I find really strange for work that was not completed to a satisfactory level. read more

Don't use this place for IPhone repairs and probably anything else. They incorrectly repaired my iPhone TWICE on back to back days lol. After the second, I laid out exactly what was wrong with a second opinion from an expert. After days of not responding They finally denied liability because "they don't make mistakes" (bad business). Even though the guy made the same mistake twice in two days..While seeking compensation for what could be permanent damage to my phone i was told they won't do returns. WILL NEVER GO Back. I had thought these guys were reliable but recently purchased a new Car Battery that came with a 3 year warranty. The battery died after my mom had not used the car for a week. I recharged it and took the car to our mechanic to check out the alternator. He said the Alt. was fin but the batter was low. I recharged it again. Only for the same thing to occur. I took it back, they would not replace it. They recharged the battery, did not get it back to me when they said they would. And, once charged they said it was fine. IT HAPPENED AGAIN. Again they said nothing wrong with the battery. The snobby long-haired kid behind the counter said, the only thing I can do is sell you a new battery! Save your money and go elsewhere. read more

I went to Batteries Plus this past week to get my phone repaired and I was blown away by the service. I needed to get my screen fixed, which Art worked on for me, and did an absolutely amazing job! I would need my phone back on a few days and they were able to order parts and expedite delivery for me and got everything done within the time I needed.
