Terrible…read more Unfortunately this company broke my device on two separate occasions and when I contacted them for a full refund, I did not receive a response. (As a warning, if you contact this company via email and they respond via call, RECORD YOUR CALL. They will more than likely not respond to your email to avoid liability.) The first incident, their employee Mike, mentioned in the email below, completely broke my touch screen. The second incident, the owner Andre did not fix it correctly/damaged it further and now my camera doesn't work. My device was new and had no damage until they worked on it. When the device was picked up after the owner "fixed" it, he said "they don't really do computer repair, they focus on data management for large companies". If that's the case, why market yourself as a repair shop? Why are there multiple complaints about the same employee damaging multiple devices? Attached is the email I sent this company after the first incident Hello. I am writing to share my unfortunate experience with your a2b technologies staff member, Mike. "I have a Lenovo laptop in your possession that needed a replacement screw. After the service to my device, my touchscreen to my laptop no longer worked. This laptop is relatively new and is primarily used for my master's degree program courses. After receiving my laptop from Mike, I noticed that the touchscreen function was no longer working. This feature was working prior to the service. After speaking with your employee, my significant other and I returned to your business, and I explained that the function was working perfectly prior to the service. Mike was not apologetic nor did he take accountability for his mistake. He originally tried to suggest the screen may have burned out, which was not the case. This staff member also asked if the touch screen was an essential function, insinuating that he was aware that he damaged my device and chose not to disclose that information. Again, this is a relatively new laptop, and the touchscreen function was working prior to the service. We dropped the laptop off for a second time on Friday, February 27th for the damage caused by your employee to be accessed. Mike informed us that he would give us a call on Monday March 2nd. We did not receive a call until the following day. He spoke with both I and my significant other regarding the state of my device. When speaking to my significant other, Mike mumbled a comment along the lines of "yeah, we don't need to tell my boss..." Mike is not aware that his comment was heard. Mike attempted to disregard the damage he caused again prior to being reminded that there was no damage prior to the service. Once that was mentioned, he completely switched to another excuse. I then called Mike personally. When I called, I asked for contact information for a manager. It is very apparent that he did not want to give me that information because his first response was "is there anything I can help you with?" I proceeded to say "no, but I'd like to have contact information for a manager." He then said that it would just be a contact support email. I then asked for a name, and he said "Andre" and when I asked for a last name he loudly sighed. I informed him that his behavior was very unprofessional and reiterated that my screen was not damaged prior to his work. During the call, your employee proceeded to yell and speak over top of me. He refused to listen to any of my concerns and then switched to the topic of "having a breathing and nose problem" and that was his alleged reasoning behind sighing in annoyance. I don't necessarily believe that was the cause for that nor do I believe it's an excuse for the "yeah, we don't need to tell my boss..." comment either. He also made a negative comment regarding me sending an email and that it would essentially get sent to customer support..."

This place is a joke and I am amazed at how hard these people work, to avoid actually doing what they're paid to do . I can't believe assurant co-signs this place it's embarrassing. I was sent here by assurant after damaging my 15pro screen. They replaced the screen and the tech who did it was unable to calibrate the screen and was not comfortable with removing it so he had to recruit another tech with more tenure to remove the screen for a second time. This second removal caused a damage from the bottom of the screen. So they hand me my phone with a lit screen but by the next morning at the bottom was a black spot. By the evening the spot grew and I brought it back to the store per assurant's instruction. The tech I met when I returned lied to my face. She acknowledged the damage and that it happened during the repair. She then claims there's no 15pro screens in stock and says she's ordering me one and noting this, so they will call me when it comes in. Guess what? She didn't order a screen, she didn't note any of the interaction, she just avoided repairing the phone and sent me off. I call them after a few days and she answers and says to come in because they're slow and they have the screens in.... so I go in and spend an hour with these people discussing how it isnt there fault. There was so much effort put into avoiding repairing their mistake it was incredible. The Employees were all clueless as to the repair, there were no notes or documentation on their end and even their manager whom I spoke to through an employee's cell phone, was trying to blame me and avoid repairing the phone. If this was the case why was I not told this a week ago when I brought it back after the initial repair was defective? And why was I not contacted when the replacement came in? I imagine it's because this location is being managed by a lazy person who has recruited a team of lazy people that will do only the bare minimum to remain open. 0/10 I wish I could give a negative star count.

Broke my phone. I gave them a perfectly working Black iPhone 5 on June 27, with a small crack in the screen that was bothering me. The crack in no way affected the phones performance. I was told to return in an hour after giving them my phone. I did, and was requested another thirty minutes. TWO HOURS after giving my phone the men behind the counter seemed to bicker who would return my phone, I braced for the worse. The person who seemed to know what he was doing the most told me my phone was broken. They had put on the old cracked screen again, the phone had all it's original parts, but it wouldn't turn on. They blamed it on it being a "bugged" phone, which I could not find on the internet, the "bugged" batch of iphones does not exist. I was not allowed to take my phone back until I signed the paper clearing them of liability. (I know, dumb, but I was in a rush managing a convention at the nearby convention center.) I went to the apple store and was awarded a replacement thanks to my warranty, which was lucky they didn't ask if I had taken it to a third party service which would have voided it. Oh, by the way, I gave iFixItAndRepair my phone at 2:30. I walked out with a COLD replacement phone (lost all my photos, contacts, apps, etc) at 7:30. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE! read more

Please make sure to also read the update at the bottom. I just recently had a screen protector installed by these folks for my iPhone 6. While the associate who installed the protector was courteous, he couldn't really answer questions about the protector itself. I had asked if it was comparable to Clear-Coat, a company I've trusted with every phone I've ever bought. He didn't know what Clear-Coat was, which was fine. So I explained that their protector covers the entire front portion of an iPhone 6, not just the 4.7 inches worth of screen. I like to protect all of the glass on an iPhone. He said the product they had would cover the entire front. It didn't. After he installed the $20 protector, I realized it only really covered the 4.7 inches of screen space, with a little bit extra at the top and bottom. Had this been a $6 protector, I wouldn't have cared. UPDATE: Just returned my screen protector. They couldn't have been nicer about the whole situation. While I can't speak to the repair service, the customer service is exactly what it should be: courteous, professional, and hassle free. read more

These guys are the big bluffers I have ever seen in the market. I have been served by two people at King of Prussia, PA location. The guys names are Aaron Teter and Chris Wasson. I have got my iPhone 4S screen replaced by these people in the month of july 2014 and gave a 90 days warranty on the new screen, Today 09/14/2014 my iPhone screen is not working and took the same to the shop to get it fixed. I had been kept on waiting for 2.5 hrs and at last gave a lame excuse that they can't fix it and as there is no warranty given. After lot of arguments, I asked why did you give a warranty of 90 days then?? the f***king guys were not even paying attention to me at all and were attending other customers. These guys are real bluffers and rediculous. Be aware of these people and save your money. read more

I cracked the entire screen only iPhone 6s when I dropped it and thought it was a goner and that I wouldn't have to pay for a whole new phone which I had no money for. But I took my phone to the I Fix it and repair and Dave told me that it was fixable. Within an hour he fixed my phone and you couldn't even tell that it was cracked. And for the price it was to fix it was definitely worth it. I would definitely recommend this business for a quick fix. I've broken my phone more then a couple times. I go to ifix and repair any time I break my screen because I know that they do quality work in a timely fashion. They also have great costume service on top of having skilled technicians. David does a wonderful job of explaining the repair process and I always feel very comfortable leaving phones and iPads with him as well as other the technicians. Ifix is the only place to come when you have a problem with any mobile device. read more

Took a little longer but it was because a function that I probably would not have noticed (proximity sensor) wasn't functioning properly and he wanted to make sure it was. We got to the kiosk at 8pm and the guy was by himself and already working on a repair. He told me how much it would cost and said my repair would take about 20 mins once he finished the one he was working on. I said ok and he asked for my cell number so he could shoot me a text when it was done. We walked around the mall for a bit and around 845pm he sent me a text saying it was ready. The good thing about the kiosk is that we walked by a few times to see his progress - was he still on the first repair, was he on my repair yet etc. The repair was quick and only $70. My son broke his iPod screen years ago and the place I took it to charged over $100, so I quickly agreed to the $70 for an iPhone 5C! I also bought a tempered glass screen protector for $10, which was a percentage off because I had the repair done but I don't remember the percentage.
